Quiet and efficient operation and build quality seems good. Although it has a duvet option it just doesn't work for a king bed duvet. It can't handle the large amount of water in a washed king bed duvet. Plus what idiot designs a dryer that only rotates in one direction only. The towels and sheets just roll into a tight bundle and don't dry inside the middle of the bundle. Show details
Really bad unit. Sheets end up in a ball, unit started to leak and LG took 6 weeks to let us know they don’t service our area. All while under warranty. 18 months old. Show details
Follow-up · The Good Guys were outstanding in providing a replacement Haier dryer which gets serviced in our area should anything go wrong. It’s a pity it took action against LG by NSW Fair Trading for things to get sorted.
We had a heat pump dryer before this one and it did not perform very well at all. I was reluctant to buy another heat pump dryer. But I'm glad we did this one is so much better than the previous one. The clothes come out warm and dry. It doesn't really take that long to dry a full load of washing. I highly recommended this dryer. Show details
Our 15 year old Fisher dryer was on its last legs. Struck up a deal at The Good Guys, and I was not sorry. The dryer is phenomenal and exceeded expectations. Super quite, super efficient, and takes far less time to dry than expected. Isn't power hungry and is kind to the clothes. I've so far done a few mixed bags of loads, including delicate… Read more
sports wear and the anti-wrinkle function works an absolute treat. I've been an LG advocate for 23 years, and never had an LG appliance disappoint me.
LG are Terrible to deal with – Was a great dryer for the first year until it started intermittently not drying our clothes. It would run for 5 hours or more and the clothes would still be wet. Then we would use it again the next day and it would be perfectly fine. It took months before LG would even take it for repair and would never ring us back. Show details
Dryer if you don’t have strings on clothing – Okay dryer Would never buy this dryer again. It tangles clothing to a point. It snaps off drawstrings. It only goes one way. It is limited on its functions. If you are looking for a dryer, don’t buy this one Westinghouse dryer was much better. It had a function on it that went both ways my close never tangled. The only reason why I went with the… Read more
LG dryer was had a self-cleaning expect to it which works besides that this machine is rubbish on getting your clothes dry because it tangles your clothes up. It does dry your clothes, but it just tangles close a lot to the point stage where you get frustrated every time you get the clothes out of the dryer. and you see that a drawstring or an item has been wrecked because of the dryer
Takes abit to get used to. Doesn’t dry blankets properly they get rolled into a ball – The length of drying times takes abit to get used to as some cycles can be upwards of 2 hours. Not the best at drying blankets/ doonas. They get rolled up into a ball and the middle is left wet. Have to stop the machine multiple times throughout the cycle and untangle everything I have added dryer balls to try help with this problem but doesn’t seem to make a difference. Show details
