Great small fridge – We've had this fridge for over 11 years and hasn't missed a beat. The original seals are still doing their job. We've had it in 3 different houses over that period. needed 'tweaking' but overall the temperature for both freezer and fridge has been reasonably constant (to the best of our knowledge). The fridge gets a thorough clean once a year, when all the shelves and baskets are removed. It's relatively easy to maintain.
Reliable – Considering it's small size, the cooling capacity has never been a problem. Have had this unit for around five years and has not missed a beat! OK the shelves are a tad brittle, but a bit of clear plastic scrap and some Zappa adhesive, problem solved. Don't want to retire it, but a larger model is needed now. A great little, reliable, efficient machine.
Terrible – We brought this fridge as a second fridge. At the 12 month point all shelves had spilt and or broke. Contacted lg and they were no help. Each shelf now will cost $60 each to replace. I would not recommend this product. Very disappointed in LG and definitely will be my last LG item I purchase.
Good – This is a great smaller fridge. The interior of the fridge compartment and freezer section are both great, well laid out. However I have found that the door could have been better designed as the shelves aren't in great positions. Retains constant temp, seals still going strong. Never needs defrosting. No smells as promised in the fridge. Compact outside, spacious inside. Door shelving doesn't really maxamise space.
