We purchased the quad wash on 1 week ago, we are having real trouble with the bottom rack. Even when its on half loaded it keeps coming off slides, we cannot seem to keep it on track , it's as if the rack or the running wheels are to narrow. Not happy that we change brands from it being recommended to us only to find this design flaw straight up. Can anyone help us, are we doing something wrong?
I'm having the same issue with mine too. I'm waiting on LG to send a replacement basket, fingers crossed the current one is just faulty because it's driving me absolutely nuts. Have you managed to find a solution?

We are having the same trouble from first use, waiting on replacement basket LG have been very responsive thank goodness
Received new basket has the same issue obviously it’s a manufacturing default next step returning dishwasher
After a bit of stuffing around with videos photos and phone calls lg sent out a service tech, he took off wheels and adjusted the basket, quite an easy fix after all the stress
Having the same issues, bottom basket keeps skipping off the rail. Has been like that for a while. Something not right with this design here...Any help?
we are having trouble finding a cycle which takes less than 2hour 45 minutes. I have read the Owner's manual and cannot find a cycle which takes less. Also the machine juts out of the cabinet and we are forever turning it on as we brush past. This has nothing to do with levelling the legs.
I use to put on turbo 65 degree wash (left hand side options) and then set to extra hot 80 degrees and extra dry ( right hand side options) and it was a 1 hr and 43 min cycle. Found this to be the best for time, cleaning and drying. Yes, very touch sensitive control panel
You can hold down some of the buttons to get different shorter washes. Also if you don’t have it on extra dry the times are quicker. Best I could get was around 50 mins or so.. the old lg used to have a quick 30 minute wash.
I also set it for turbo 65C, with extra dry, which is 1hr 40mins. Works perfectly. I only rinse large chunks. Lasagna dishes, which is my go to tester, come out clean.
Hello Our dishwasher sits a little bit out from our kitchen bench, which means that the front panel (power, programs and on) is often lent on or brushed against. This make the dishwasher turn on, and if you get the other end start running. I have, more than a few times, stopped a cycle mid-way because of this. When the machine is restarted it doesn't go back to where it was in the cycle, so you have to start again. It took me nearly a day to wash a load of dishes as I was working in the kitchen and it keep being stopped and restarted. I don't understand how the child lock works. Would you be able to explain it to me please? I am beyond frustrated. Many thanks, Hilary
Hi Hilary,if you check on page 12 of the booklet There is a section LEVELLING THE APPLIANCE. They show you that you can level the feet. I think in your case, do use the spanner as shown in the design to tilt the machine a level back . If it is not enough. I would put a piece or two of perspec under each foot so you can level the Dishwasher accordingly.To lock, on page 24 CONTROL LOCK ..Do ask the dealer. I think the simplest way , i do the washing in the evening. But if you have kids all day ,I understand that it’s not easy.That’s all I can help you . Good luck,

Yes , but we previously had LG basket was bottom in front. This model , see if this makes sense, basket is in bottom but where it is located it sits beside to small plates rack and therefore you cannot put plates in those slots cause basket is right up to slots. I moved the basket to top shelf , sorts of sits there ok.

I put the Drainage hose on the kitchen sink piping not knowing it hadn't been drilled out. It has a massive bulge back top middle of the washing machine. is this a result of the drain pipe or is it a result of something else. Because i doubt very much the dishwasher having enough pressure to bulge out 2mm thickness aluminium. Kind regards.
