The LG WV5-14110W has been the biggest let down of a washing machine,once the washing is clean,as you retrieve the washing from loading area ,your washing drags over the door seal which collects dirt from every load.We constantly clean the seal but it continues to leave filthy marks on the clean washing. Don’t waste your money on this washing machine.
I do not recommend this machine or LG customer service – This is the most disappointing machine I have ever purchased. fault. No water could have been in the areas of damage unless there's a fault in the machine and the machine has only ever been used to the user manual, but she wasn't interested in listening just saying it wasn't on them. Spending 1K on a machine I expected much more from it than a cheap looking machine and really poor customer service to add even more dissapointment.
Broke in One Month – When it works, it's perfect. But mine broken within one month of purchase. Mid cycle stopped then never able to power up, had to call the support and go through all the hassle.
Waste of money and time – This is easily the sh@#est machine we have ever had. We previously had another lg which i reviewed, got my refund and was talked into yet another stupid LG smart washer.... its so frustrating. hoing back and fourth it hardly uses sufficent water and when you force more water into it so it washes corectly its stupid ai drains the water. I opened the top of this one and wound the water sensor right up so it uses as much as possible per load, but even then its only just enough, oh and the 10kg thing, well that must be the weight of the bowl because it cannot take anywhere near as much as our old 7kg samsung that you could turn on, select options and hit start and it would wash. Sure this has useless wifi and other riddiculous gimmick features, but they are literally slapping eyeliner and makeup on a turd, Very disapointed. I think next time il try and get a basic machine like an old commerical speed queen that you can be in control of.

not the machine because it is stil running the cycles correctly. This is my 5th washing machine in over 30 years and I have never had this issue before. My only option seems to be to say goodbye to the $1,100 I spent on it in January and buy a brand new washing machine as tech support keep blaming me for its faults....
Awesome washing and – Only had for 6 months but has been fantastic so far. Even has a nice music tune to let you know its finished. So happy I switched to front loader! – Switched from a top loader to front loader. So glad. My clothes no longer wrap around the middle pole. The LG 10kg is huge. choose that setting. I’ve used quite a few different settings and always get great results. Easy to open if you forget something Cycle times are longer than my old machine but I set it at night while I’m sleeping
What an amazing Machine – I have only had the machine for 1 week and I have fallen in love with it. Piece of Garbage for $978 – Within 3 months of purchase, the washing machine has started making loud grinding sound and the worst to come is their customer service support from Phillipines. The new machine is quieter, fabulous that you can change settings to suit your load and it washes very well. Let's hope that it last as long as the old machine.
Big capacity in a small machine – Just bought a new LG 10kg washing machine. It has the same size body as my old 8kg machine but with a 10kg drum. This is brilliant as it fits in the same space in the laundry. It has an excellent water and energy rating and has a steam clean function. Highly recommended! Show details · 1

The technician came one week later and fixed it by changing two logical boards inside. He mentioned this is a common problem of LG
