No funds forthcoming and none existent customer service – Extremely disappointed- cant believe how bad the customer service is - I was approved and I accepted my loan but I am still waiting on the funds - repeated emails - phone calls and portals not working when i finally speak with a human nothing eventuates: will be taking this to the financial ombudsman - warning the whole process seems stress free at the beginning but that is not the case - be warned! Show details

Awesome service, easy process – Third loan with Liberty. Always an easy and quick process. Just recently helped by MacKenzie​​​​ Morrissett who assisted when some documents wouldn’t upload. Rip off!! Disgusting!! – WARNING!! If you are thinking to borrow from this lender I suggest don’t do it! They will rip you off a billion times. As long as you can pay on time it will never end. If you want to to get out and ask for a payout quote triple of your total balance will be charge on you. Really disappointed! Show details

Awful – I finally got my discharge mortgage title transferred after 2 months and a week and $468.00 later!! They told me it will only take 20 days and i need to pay my loan of first?( I finished paying my loan of 3 years ago with them!!) Quick and Easy thank you!!! – Fast and quick approval, special thank you to Brett for the quick approval and no hassle process. I have had several loans with my current bank and always paid them out early but they declined me when I applied recently with no justification for the decline. Shocking company to deal with – Called this company so many times today. Spoke to different ones, who kept transferring me, in between being on hold, hung up on. Told to press all these different options, also told something different each time. A new customer who is now going elsewhere. Absolutely HOPELESS
