very long. I sent the clothes back which was very expensive. I followed up and know that the package was received on July 10th in Beijing, China. I have emailed too many times to count asking when I would receive my refund. No response. I am out paying for original order, plus expense of the return. BIG MISTAKE from ordering from LIFEGOS.

order. As soon as I got my order I tried to contact them by email. They took weeks to answer me. I have since sent they 9 emails. All with the same response. We will offer you 25% if I kept the pants. That would be 5.50 back they said I could use that money to have them altered. Seriously! 5.50?? This company is AWFUL....they are thieves. It was never disclosed as being in China. I would love to sue these people for pain and suffering all over 22.00 I get immediate stomach ache and headache knowing I have to deal with them. These people need to be stopped.

What a SCAM – I ordered 3 items. The pants were a child’s size not an adult XL, the dress did not even resemble the one I ordered and the shirt was made I’d flimsy cheap material . Do NOT waste your money on these products. I only wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Lesson learned !

satisfactory condition. The fifth top has yet to arrive. I contacted Lifegos regarding returning items and they said it was to late. How can that be when I have yet to receive the complete order. They also informed me I would have to pay shipping back to China. The third option was a 15 percent adjustment to have the tops altered. I am asking for a refund of 68.40, the cost of three tops. Two cannot be worn, the third I never received.

Do not order anything from this company! I’m currently fighting for a partial refund through PayPal.

Terrible company – First of all product took 2 weeks to arrive. The product were ugly, service poor, and their return policy as stated dishonest. Do not buy from them!!!! They offered 25% of my money back but then they refused to pay it. To return items you have to pay shipping to China. Which is more than the shirts cost.

Disappointed – I ordered 2 linen v neck blouses. Final delivery was 6 weeks after the order was placed. Was also promised 5% discount for delay. First blouse was linen, 2nd was synthetic. Have emailed them but no response. BEWARE. Will now contact paypal. THIEFS

Do not order clothes from this company – I ordered a top and a dress from Lifegos. There was no resemblance of either piece of clothing to the catalogue on-line. Both pieces went into a bag for give away. So disappointed.

several emails. They have now emailed me with this: "We'd love to improve the compensation rate to be 25% money refund and we will be done with this conversation." Compensation rate?! What is this!!!! I have been SCAMED - dont go there!!!!

cheat – after more than 2 months of waiting and a partly reimbursement i received a very lousy imitation of what was on offer on their web site . An ugly colour, awful fabric and let us not talk about the cut...nothing to do with what they show. I am so disgusted with the entire business I will go to Paypal and alert them.

Horrible company! – I contacted this company at least 9 emails requesting a return label for substandard product. I have yet to receive the label. They continue to ignore me after all email requests.

False advertising – Ordered shirt advertised as linen, shirts label says it’s cotton and polyester. Do not recommend purchasing from this company. Sent email and have not heard back from them. Next call is to my credit card company.

False advertising scam – I ordered a linen top and received a sacklike poly/cotton imitation of the photo. On complaining we settled on 25% refund, better than nothing but I feel they'll just keep this 'business' practice going. Not worth the trouble sending it back with various taxes. Very disappointed!!! Just been scammed :(

Horrible – Placed an order on 3/25. It is now 5/2. I have received one of three items. Unacceptable. Do not order from this website. I have had no communication with the exception of notifying that one item shipped. I will be pursuing refund through Paypal. The one item is also very poor quality but I did not expect much for twenty some dollars. I do, however, expect something.

Awful! – One item of two delivered. Quality is that of a 12 year old's first sewing lesson. Fabric is a thin polyester. NOTHING like the picture in the catalog. I am trying to get my money back.

No items delivered – Have waited over 2months for my shirts and still no delivery. Sent them emails and all they can say is check tracking details.Items have been despatched. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Completely dissatisfied!! – Ordered two tops and only received one. The one I did get was advertised as linen, however I received an ugly polyester shirt that looked nothing like the picture and am no over a month from ordering and haven't see the second one. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Quality and service – Ordered and paid for 13th March , delivered 28th April after many emails. Fabric colours and quality very poor, rayon not cotton/linen as quoted. A very frustrating exercise and I would not use this sight again.

can get 5% refund for your trouble, once it is shipped. Wait another couple of weeks, email again. no reply, again I threaten chargeback... now they don't know when stock is coming, offer me 10% discount to just wait. I say no, refund me... total silence. I am so annoyed to have to go through pay pal and visa to get my money back. I think they may be a scam!
