I would certainly recommend Lil Miss cleaning service. The communication was spot on, they were on time, did a great clean with an 7 day guarantee and the price was very reasonable.

refund or assistance was offered. Very little actual cleaning was completed. A few walls and some drawers appeared to have been wiped, but the majority of the property was left in a very poor state.

When I raised these concerns and requested a resolution, I was blocked rather than offered any refund or remedy.

For a service advertised as a bond clean, this standard of work was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others do their research before booking.

Also asked me to pay her more money than the 50% provided up front as her car ran out of fuel and couldnt grt to the job if I didnt pay her more prior to arriving that day.

Would give zero if i could. There have been over 20 other clients I have been in contact with that she has screwed over. Smoking ice and drinking in peoples properties, asking clients for money after deposit is paid, in the middle of the night for a range of different reasons. orders in place, owes the tax man over 20,000, multiple court cases. Takes payment via payid ans refuses to supply invoices or refunds when work is not completed. Disgusting. Stay clear!!

Do not use this cleaner! She messages continually asking for money, even at 10.30pm. Did such a poor job that real estate has to get a reliable cleaner in to redo the whole clean! She refused to go back without being paid extra to fix up her bad work!

Would not recommend this cleaning business. [Name Removed] requires a 50% deposit then pay the rest before she leaves the premises however she kept continuously asking me for money here and there before she even came to do the cleaning. When asked to return she turned completely unprofessional, refused to come back and stopped replying despite having a 7 day guarantee return. I seen negative reviews about her but regretfully I chose her as she was cheap but unfortunately cheapest doesn’t mean the best.
