Fasteners all Broke Off – Purchased duvet and pillowcases, specifies to wash gently, inside out, in cold water before use, so undid fasteners. Everyone of them broke.

Brand new with thread damage – First day of arrival we take it out of the package to find all the threads down one side of the pillow cases are falling out. Lots of breakoffs and pilling. Bad cotton thread very weak and breaks when pulled slightly.

Products from linenhouse does not seem to last – Bought 2 sheets sets 2 years ago for ~300aud each and it's now breaking apart. This happened even with the care instructions we followed with cleaning it. For the price we pay we'd expect it to last a bit longer before wear and tear happens. Show details

Poor quality elastic on fitted sheet – I purchased a Linen House bamboo/cotton Queen size sheet set from a store in Cairns approx 6 months ago. After using and washing them on maybe 6-8 occasions I have found that the elastic on the fitted sheet is totally worn and lacking elasticity. The fabric of the sheeting and pillow cases seems to be of a reasonable quality and has washed well… Read more

but why put inferior quality elastic on a better quality fabric. I paid just under $100.00 for the set bought because of the bamboo/cotton combination which was promoted as being cool to sleep on and very suitable for the tropics. Very disappointing.

Inferior quality for $$$$ faulty – Extremely disappointed with Leonard QSB Quiltcover. Buttons do not clip togetger and cover is left hanging open. I purchased from Hampton shop. No mention if it was faulty. Cost $140 Show details
