Linen House

I was looking for a design with all my favourite colours, and Alfresco came into my life. Pinks, peaches, greens and purples have completely elevated my bedroom after a long period of boring plain-dyed bed linen, and I couldn't be more happy. Even better is the reverse print which I've already flipped and kept the pillowcases on the front side, just looks so cool. It's also so soft, and washed up beautifully after one launder. I purchased a Linen House Quilt cover from spotlight. It is the worst quilt cover I have ever purchased. It said 100% cotton - I call [Content Removed]. I pre-washed before use and the quilt cover pilled. It is rough and uncomfortable against the skin and is only fit for the bin. It was on sellout but that is still $100 in the rubbish. I pre-washed as you are supposed to, so I assume I can no longer return it. 100% cotton does not pill like that! Show details

Just bought the Nara duvet set. I havent slept on bamboo cotton sateen before and wow I love it, I would never go back after this.

Poor quality- purchased King Bamboo Sheet set. After a couple of months the threads have separated from seams. Expected better quality.

Shame on Linen House for poor quality sewing up of Quilt Cover Set. Seams are crooked and raw edge of fabric is showing on part of one seam. Had to do a lot of ironing to get the brand new cover and pillow slips to look anything like quality! Fasteners all Broke Off – Purchased duvet and pillowcases, specifies to wash gently, inside out, in cold water before use, so undid fasteners. Everyone of them broke.

Best service – Excellent service given when I enquired about another controller for our woollen electric blanket. That Excellent they sent me a new one within a couple of days. I've never received such an awesome experience with a broken product before.

Fantastic customer service – Ive had this for a few years and it has worked very well. But I recently had a small issue and Linen House was excellent in providing a replacement part. Good to see business standing behind their product and their customers. Highly recommended and I would definitely buy this brand again.

Would never purchase sheets or quilt covers from this store again – Purchased a variety of items from Linen House including sheets, quilt covers, and vases. Their 400 thread count Nara sheets felt flimsy and very thin in comparison to my Sheridan Sheets. I almost felt like I could see through the material it was so thin. the packet. The fasteners are also cheap flimsy plastic fasteners that left me feeling as if Kmart offered better quality.

On the positive, their bamboo mattress and pillow protectors felt quite thick and durable. The vases were pretty but nothing special.

Brand new with thread damage – First day of arrival we take it out of the package to find all the threads down one side of the pillow cases are falling out. Lots of breakoffs and pilling. Bad cotton thread very weak and breaks when pulled slightly.

Lovely cushions – The second pair of cushions I’ve bought from Linen House and they’re just as lovely as the others. Good quality.

Disappointed – I already have some products from Linen House that’s why after an extensive research I decided to buy a set of 300TC GREY COTTON PERCALE SHEET SET. Delivery was super fast. Sheets aren’t soft and they don’t have a hotel touch. I would get same sheets from Kmart or Target paying much less. Fitted sheet doesn’t have a good elastic so sheet comes off… Read more

Everyday Market. I really wanted the quilt and text to say could I exchange it and she said get a refund from Woolworths. So I had to take the Comforter back to the post Office and return it. She wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Terrible customer service she was so rude. Won't ever purchase from Linen House again. I have since received a refund from Woolworths, but unfortunately don't have a Comforter.

$200 for sheets that were usless after one use – Not wanting to be unfair, I did send Linen House an email to ask if there was a specific issue that could identify the problem. are terrible. They were not wide enough so can not be tucked in on a standard Queen size bed. They balled and fluffed after one night on the bed after washing once. The pillow cases were not long enough so the pillows would not fit into the envelope.

I don't mind spending a couple hundred dollars on sheets every few months, but one night is ridiculous.

Products from linenhouse does not seem to last – Bought 2 sheets sets 2 years ago for ~300aud each and it's now breaking apart. This happened even with the care instructions we followed with cleaning it. For the price we pay we'd expect it to last a bit longer before wear and tear happens.

Love their Winton sheets - like living in a Hotel! – Have bought several times from Linen House and always impressed with the speed of delivery, quality of the products, value for money in comparison to other brands some of which are similar price but not even close for quality. Also the rare occasion I had a problem, the customer service was fantastic - highly recommend the Winton sheets, have not tried a lot of other because these are so good for what we like.

Terrible cotton quilt – We bought a super king size cotton quilt and regretted it every day, all summer and autumn. It’s not breathable at all, probably better for winter than for summer. We would not recommend it.

Wasted money – I paid $79 for luxury sheets from linnen house when they arrived they were 250 thread count simular to kmart brand i could of bought 3 sets at kmart for that price ,same quality.. And for $49 i got bamboo 2000 thread count from another online shop , i brought later that day as i was so disappointed in the shhets that turned up i will never buy from linen house again i was expecting 2500 tc not 250tc.

Extraordinary customer service – I recently purchased towels online from linen house. It was easy to make the purchase and the goods arrived soon after, beautifully packed. One of the towels has a thread pulled and when I mentioned this to linen house, they immediately offered to replace it even though I had not asked for this. As an organisation they walk their talk....well done linen house.
