Fantastic sale by Linkers – Linkers always give there best. They got lots and lots of people to inspect the house. It took little long time than expected but they did meet my expectations and sold the property.

the property where very disappointing. The property was tenanted and they did not even bother to ask the tenants to clean the kitchen bench. The property had clutter everywhere. It was only when I pointed out the flaws in each photo that it was rectified. Each week there were property inspections, I would receive the same feedback from the agent, [Name Removed] saying she was “receiving really good interest”, “really positive feedback” and “interested buyers will be attending the auction”. At no point did she undertake her due diligence and check whether these ‘interested buyers’ had their contracts reviewed by a solicitor to ensure they were genuine buyers. On the evening prior to the auction, we were advised that only one person had registered for the auction. We asked, “how many people had the contract reviewed by their solicitor?” We were told “none”. We asked, “how many people asked for the building and pest report?” We were told “none”. We asked, “if this was a red flag?” We were told “no”. When we asked, “in your experience, will people come on the day of the auction and register and bid without a building and pest report and without having the contract reviewed?” We were told “definitely”. This did not happen. On the day of the auction there was only one registered bidder and there were NO bids. No one had registered on the day of the auction like she had guaranteed. I was misled throughout the whole process into thinking there was a lot of interest in my property, however there was NO genuine interest whatsoever. You can imagine how stressful this whole experience was especially when my partner and I were very close to losing the deposit on our new property. We lost all confidence in [Name Removed] and we questioned how long she had been working as a real estate agent for, she told us for only one year. It all made sense to sense to us but it was too late. I was forced to sell my property at a very low price for what it was worth and after this terrible experience Linkers Real Estate did not reduce their fees by a cent. Extremely disappointing. Very terrible experience. I would not recommend Linkers Real Estate to anyone.

Linkers Real Estate (Ingleburn NSW) – Just put my property for rent by this agency last month. They assigned a female agent (so-called property manager) to follow. information based on. I tried to call her and the office many times but never picked up the phones or called back. I sent email to ask her to make correction she might reply or corrected the mistake on the ad. but she must make another mistake or put other wrong information at the same time. I caught the opportunity to talk to her in open house one day. I asked to enquire for suggestion of making the renting out sooner but she never interested to say anything. I gave up and decided to withdraw the property from the market. Talked to the office but receptionist said, I have to contact the property manager because she could help any. I sent her email to inform her of withdrawal and asked for keys back and documentation of termination of contract. Wait for another week then she called me. I said again I need key set back return to me. She refused and said needing time to talk to the manager. Waiting for another few days, I called the office to emphasize I must take further actions if I don't get keys back. Until this moment, I haven't yet got any notice of paper work even though I got key set returned. OMG!!!!!

Worst real estate agent in Sydney! – It was a night mare to give my rental property to maintain by this real-estate agent. The owner of the agency is very rude. and arrogant. You will realise that at the time of taking the property off from them. They maintain my property very badly. I had to pay large amount of money to repair the damage done by the tenant. I lost apporx. $10,000 of rent.

Great property management team! – awesome property management team. rent paid consistently in my account fortnightly, inspections always done on time, emails replied to quickly, phone calls always answered. very cheap management rates compared to most agencies too! Would highly recommend
