Poor customer service – I was very disappointed to see they charge 10% fee for returning items that are not right . I find this is very unfair . I also have a retail business and I happily offer a full refund for items bought online . O can deal with a credit but a 10% processing fee ...and 1 week to process ..very rude to re getting the items back . BE WARE ALSO THEY STOCK IS RUBBISH !!!!!!

my sanity (and giving them any more $$ which they were demanding I pay a fee to return the product) - unheard of) , exit out and not bother and I have donated the duvet cover to charity so some good will come out of it! Very unusual behavior for an Australian based online company who in my experience all others have always been super helpful and accommodating with these sorts of things. Go elsewhere. Aside from the horrific non-existent customer service, the pyjamas I got from them were really small and crappy quality. AVOID.

Love this shop!! – I recently stumbled across this store in the search for all things Bluey and was happy to find some cute little outfits for my daughter that are different to your usual Target. Kmart etc. My order arrived and it was such great quality, I am so impressed. We have just placed a second order and can't wait to receive it soon.

Very thin material towel and PJs are the same – For the money I thought the material quality would of been better.. the blippi towel is so thin few washes and it will wear thin quick.. PJs are also thin material for winter PJs I thought they would of been better material for winter warmth

Horrible quality even worse customer service – Their products are poor quality, they break easily and feel cheap despite the high price tag. The customer “service” leaves a lot to be desired as they are rude and less than helpful. Don’t bother.

Absolute garbage – I purchased a kids doona cover set and have had several issues. 1. Zipper is broken and I was told to fix it. Sent a faulty product and told to pay to get it fixed myself – Very disappointed. Was sent a doona cover that was faulty and when I contacted them they suggested I should be able to fix the zip (impossible) and if not, go to an alterations shop and get them to fix it. I tried to contact the seller on several occasions to get an exchange of size and explain the sizing was incorrect and the one time out of several attempts that they respond, they proceed to tell me it’s outside of the return policy time frame, given we had only received it the week before, I find it appalling that they would only give a two week return policy from the actual time it was paid for.... they have no respect for the very main stakeholders that are to keep them in business... it was the delivery company that caused the delay. One item was not what I ordered-different design and wrong size-I contacted the company and didn’t receive a response. Sizing runs small, my daughter is 22 months and the size 2 only just fits her and she is relatively small for her age.

the 100% cotton designs in both and I am really happy with the quality, both have washed up lovely and are bright and colourful. I also love that they have items different from teh local shops and stock new products regularly.
