I bought a keezi ride on excavator thinking im getting a good discount ($169.90 down to $119.90). I wish i look around more before purchasing from them as i found exactly the same excavator on bunning website for only $65.95 delivery included. I know they gotta make money but thats ridiculous selling for almost double the price.

Do not buy from this company! Purchased a childs drum set for $80.00 thinking would be good quality for this price. Flimsy & cheap material. Missing parts. Does not even stand up properly. Company refuses to give a refund. Offered store credit provided shipped from NSW to an address in WA at our expense. The return freight is almost as much the purchase price. Would not have given even 1 star .

I ordered a construction plate with utensils for my grandson. Despite numerous emails it has NOT been shipped. I was led to believe this was an Australian company however it is not. Absolutely disgusted they will not refund my money so I can purchase through a reputable company. Would not recommend them at all

Ordered a couple of interactive learning books and they were the WORST quality/detail and so over priced even on sale. Sent them back and ordered another variety - busy book, which honestly looked like a temu item with hot glue string all through it and no structural integrity what so ever. Very dissapointing and the company would not provide a refund despite the item not resembling the product discriptions.

was completely unreliable. I contacted customer service and followed all their instructions, including sending a video of the issue as requested. Despite multiple follow-ups, it took over a month of back and forth to even receive an acknowledgment that they would issue a refund. The entire customer support email is also managed by an AI chat bot called Joyce.

It’s been weeks since their last email and I still have not received my refund.

The lack of accountability, incredibly slow and vague customer service and misleading business practices are unacceptable.

If you're considering purchasing from this company: don’t. It’s not worth the risk.

I ordered a product no tracking code never received goods. Emailed them asking for the tracking code they never gave me one just saying it on it way. Still no goods 3 weeks later. Stay away from this ordering from this site.

Ordered a bottle warmer through the website and over a week later still has not been shipped.. yet they have taken the payment and have not been replying to my email. I will be getting a refund and I will not be using this site again absolutely disgraceful and they don’t care about the customer only the money. Such a shame. when I hadn’t received confirmation of dispatch I followed up via email on multiple occasions Each time I received a generic response never answering the actual questions I had asked. After a week I was sent a tracking number which was invalid. The story of why the goods haven’t been dispatched received keeps changing. It’s 2 weeks since I ordered and I’ve received nothing and dispute this they tell me the order can’t be cancelled as it’s on its way. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card provider.
