Not happy – I wrote an email to the company over three months ago when I was unhappy with my purchase and the company did not acknowledge or get back in touch. I thought the pram was very difficult to adjust for a newborn, as well as unstable for a growing baby as it is lightweight, one little knock could send the pram and baby to the floor. The wheels on the pram went flat within months and today noticed one is completely coming off. Not recommended

Shady – This company has ignored all of my emails and has a false number lister on the SHOP app. I suspect that maybe this company has new owners as there are many great reviews until recently. I’ve seen a few recent reviews suggesting they are shady and I’m starting to suspect this is the case.

Cheap quality – First off I want to say that the customer service is great. But that’s the only greatness about this brand. I ordered the trek pram and the highchair. The pram I had nothing but issues with. From the chair not adjusting, to not being able to fold it down. As a runner, it does its job but doesn’t feel very stable. was great, they sent a new pram out- which I have had trouble with also lol. The pram is heavy, bulky and doesn’t fit in a standard size car. It needs to be packed down into two parts- which is hard when postpartum! The high chair has just broke, after 1 year of using it. I’d expect this of a cheap high chair, no this one. If you are considering this brand as it’s a little cheaper than the high end prams, my personal opinion is to spend that little bit extra and get the big brand.

Fantastic products with fabulous service – Love our trek pram and the little lou baby team even more. They go above and beyond and their customer service is next level! Being on baby number 4 I was hesitant to get a new pram but hubby surprised me with the trek and i couldn’t be happier.. The accessories, colour schemes and overall product quality are amazing. I recently ordered some further accessories and received them incredibly fast, just before Christmas! Thank you!

Impractical but looks nice – Wish I went with a cheaper option. Food gets caught in the straps, buckles and under the seat cover which you can’t remove completely so it’s never 100% clean. Lou to enquire about a return and refund. Although it is way past the 30 day return policy they still accepted my request!

Return labels were organises and I was able to send back the pram and a refund was processed back into my credit card.

The communication throughout the process was reasonable and they were helpful.

Please support this small business as their products are really goos!

through there manufacturing returns protocol. Rear wheel brakes are problematic locking, when removing the brake from stop to walking forward, which means strolling forward is annoying until you can work out how to unlock brakes....juggling the brakes back and forwards helps but a new pram shouldn’t have issues like this. Reclining the back rest up and down is difficult. Pram is cheaply made. Having a son with a disability in a pram the that is problematic only adds to the frustration.

remove the seat from the base the buttons to release it again don't work and it's stuck on the frame. I rang the company just before Australia day and they got back to me a few days later. The guy on the phone was very helpful, he offered a few solutions and ended up with sending me out the "ITTI" which is the compact stroller. It is great too! So easy to manuver light. I'm really happy with the products, the shipping is fast and I have already recommended this company in mum groups.

Love the features! – I was lucky enough to be gifted the ADAPT highchair from Little Lou to trial - I love the adjustable foot rest feature and also the high back rest! Easy to clean and baby loves sitting in it

Unsatisfied – The pram we purchased was a clearance pram. We have had nothing but annoying issues with it since we got it. The tyres constantly deflate, one tyre has the rubber falling off, the front tyre isn’t smooth to drive and it gets stuck in the pram when I fold it down also putting constant pressure on the air so it’s also always deflating because of that. The company itself is lovely but if I could give this pram a lower score than 1 star I would.

Good product, poor service – The high chair is pretty good and looks stylish with the price being competitive. However, the item took 5 weeks from ordering to delivery. The site is tricky, you need to look out for something that says "order will be fulfilled in approx. XX days)". days for us to complete the order, if you're not happy here's a refund. There is no genuine interest in actually explaining why it takes times, no apologies that it takes a while, their expectation is grin and bear it.

My order could not be completed/shipped for 10 days. So from time of order to Little Lou completing the order takes a long time. Then I got an email saying a ship was stuck at port and shipping had not commenced. This took another 2 weeks, plus another week to deliver. It's baffling to think an Aus business would take 5 weeks from time of order to delivery these days. It's clear LL's supply chain model is- wait for enough quantities of item X to be ordered on line and then order them from their manufacturer in China. Big Fail on the supply chain.

Nice chair but over priced for the quality – Had the chair for probably 4 months now, logo on the front already coming off, seat has stained slightly from food, even though I clean it straight after use. The design is nice and it’s pretty easy to assemble and clean, but clearly the quality of the product isn’t great. Too expensive for what it is in my opinion.

6/10 Pram – Pram looks great, but wheels lock up randomly, straps are a pain in the butt, and customer service is an absolute joke! I message to ask what pram liners would suit my ITTI and they messaged back “not sure”. They previously had pram liners on their site so shouldn’t a stroller brand know what liners are compatible? Genuinely disappointed in the brand.

Just what every parent would need in a pram! – Being a mother of 2 under the age of two, can be very difficult finding the perfect pram for not only for your children, but also for yourself. Disappointed – I purchased the midi pram a few months ago at first I was really happy with the style of pram but last week I realised the straps don’t grow as the child grows. Amazing Product! – On Sunday I have purchased a Slik single pram and Tuesday morning it has been delivered. Very high quality product. Good fabric and strong frame. Multi-function single pram stroller is amazing! – Multi-function single pram stroller is amazing! I bought it two weeks ago for my baby, and till now, I haven't faced any issue with it. My baby feels a lot comfortable with it.

shopping this is 100% my go to! I used to go and grab a trolley but found it difficult fitting in some shops. This pram is the perfect size with a very large basket under! I can fit a lot of stuff. Normally average shop I fit his nappy bag, 2 tins of formula, packet of wipes, 20 food pouches and a blanket. Also it comes with a food tray with a cup holder with is perfect to put little man bottles in while out and about. I really struggled to find a pram with a big enough hood while little man slept. The pram has an extended hood so I don’t have to mess around with finding something to block the light out with. With the little window out the top so I can get on Leo at any time.
