Cons: - Instructions were rubbish at explaining how to put it together and also outlining how it works. We must've watched the online vid 20 times before we figured out how to collapse the seats. Also it would be really great to have a booklet to show you all the different functions and ways you can have the seats. It's a bit of a guessing game. - You can move the top seat up and down the handles, but only by one slot which is limiting and not that helpful. - The seatbelt covers don't stay on at all, we lost 2 of ours on our first walk to the park. Also the straps are quite basic, especially the base point - it would be good if this one was adjustable. - The wheels have no grip whatsoever... fine for a stroller but for a double pram with a bit of weight in it, I kind of feel like this should fail standards. On an escalator, with both kids in, it slides. - One of the front wheels always falls off when I get it in and out of the car.

Such a good double pram – I bought this pram after only using a travel pram for my first and then really hating using a well-known Australian brand double pram borrowed from a friend. a bit hesitant to buy the Caprice online but I reached out via email with my concerns and received an immediate response to my questions. The customer service was fantastic and I decided to take the plunge knowing I could return it if it didn't meet my needs. The pram was sent in the post within a couple of hours of my order being placed (due to COVID, AusPost took a little longer than usual to actually make the delivery but that is to be expected in the current times and definitely no fault of the seller).

I did not need to worry! I am surprised at how much lighter this pram feels to push and manoeuvre compared to the other double I used which actually has a very similar weight and measurements. I can very easily push it with one hand (something I had become used to with my travel pram and really struggled with the other prams I had tried). The Caprice is a tall pram but I liked that this gives the child at the back an awesome view rather than having them tucked away underneath. It is not anywhere near as wide or long as I had expected it to be. It also moves like a dream across the pavement and grass and I didn't have any of the same issues with it getting stuck on inclines.

The basket is huge and accessible even with two seats attached. I have just ordered the handlebar bag for my phone and wallet and drinks as I didn't realise it doesn't come with a little pocket - not a big deal, with free delivery I don't feel like I lost anything by waiting to buy this as an added accessory after making sure I like the pram.

As someone who actually hates using a pram and wishes they could get away without using one, I am just so impressed with the Little Lou Caprice and happy to have gone with this as our double. Definitely recommend over the bigger well-known brands! Thank you Little Lou

minor differences do not make up for the huge difference in price tag. The pram looks great and people often comment on that when we are out and about. Toddler is nice and high and seated upright which makes her much much happier. I don't need to bribe her with food to get in - she climbs in willingly now! The hood folds over enough so that sun is easily blocked when napping. I've tested the pram with two toddlers approx 9-10kgs in each seat. I must say that it was difficult to steer when the surfaced sloped a little but otherwise was relatively easy. I think if you have twins, go for a side by side pram as these designs really need one heavy child to the rear and the lighter child on the front to be easy to use. The bassinet is as well made as the seats and feels comfy. Haven't taken it for a spin yet as baby is yet to arrive. But we have tested it out in all the different configurations. It is SO EASY to move the seats around. The storage area at the bottom is huge - I can easily fit the baby bag, my bag, coats, water bottles... It's never an issue to get things into or out of. In some seat configs you wouldn't be able to put as much in there but still, heaps of room. The brake is really easy to use and reliable. Never have to fight with it. It's easy enough to fold down - though ours lives in our hallway and is never really "away". It's really easy to steer and turn. Sometimes I find on sloped surfaces I have to fight a little but this is the same with the uppababy vista. Once you get used to it, you barely notice. If you like to have a coffee whilst walking with the pram - you will be grateful of the free cup holder. This pram is not a one hand pusher unless the surface is completely unchallenging. If you're on a good surface, you can easily walk along side the pram just holding onto the seat bar - it just glides right along without any problems.

The instructions for putting all together could do with a re-write. I think they have been translated quite poorly. But still, we managed to put it together with little stress.

I had a few questions to ask before committing to buying and got in touch with them on facebook. Every questions was answered within minutes. They were polite and helpful. When the pram arrived, the cup holder was missing. I contacted them on FB, they replied straight away, apologised and it was with me the following week. Customer service like that is commendable and appreciated!

All in all, the price is incredible for everything that you get and the quality of the whole product is comparable to others costing $2000+. It is the best pram we have had and the best "big ticket" baby item that we have bought. You won't regret purchasing one of these. And your bank balance will also be pleased. Such a life saver – I originally purchased a pram for my toddler and new born it was a nightmare!! Then I came across little lou the Caprice was on sale I made the purchase right away hoping it’ll be better than what I have, and let me tell u, IT IS AMAZING. Easy to set up easy to pack very smooth navigation and big basket for ur shopping such a good compact pram worth the purchase.

Affordable & adorable! – Loveee this pram do much already and haven’t even started using it as a double, #2 due end of may! Easy to use/fold up and is great quality! The price was even better as I was looking at the babybee duos which are ridiculously expensive!

Pretty good – This pram is very well thought out, practical and gorgeous. My only complaint is when it’s fully loaded with my 2 kids it’s really difficult to steer and turn. ‍When shopping it’s fine - all flat surface but when walking footpaths and anything unsteady I find it really difficult.

Great for storage and 2 children – I wish you had a trial system! Annoying how you find out how the pram is after you’ve bought it. I don’t like this style… love how you have the choice to fit one seat or add the 2 seats, this is great. Can't live without it! – Lightweight, easy to assemble and use. Both my kids love sitting in it either facing each other or outwards. I really love how easy it is to fold away and change if I need to. Also the space underneath is amazing.

Perfect double pram – We love little Lou double pram its so easy to push with 1 hand that basket is so big can put so much in it, my son loves it the top seat is high and is better for the older child to see more. Great value for double pram – We are very pleased with our purchase, when it comes to affordability and durability we give it a 5star considering it's our first double pram we own that didn't cost an arm and leg Just a heads up for Mums and Dads this double pram here is big and when detaching/packing away the pram it pretty much fills up our Camry boot, but we are not fussed.

The perfect gift – My daughter Inlaw loves her new pram. Granddaughter's are out and about safe and comfortable. Good shade cover from the elements, nice airflow for both seats. Can be easily pushed my daughter Inlaw is only tiny frame.

Good value for money – We haven't trialed the pram yet, but set it up fully. As mentioned in previous reviews, the instructions are not useful at all and written in very bad English. There is definitely room for improvement here! Apart from that, pram looks decent and you get what you pay for. I think this is a good budget friendly alternative to big brands like Uppababy. Look forward to start using it soon.

Light Weight and easy to use! – Extremely happy with my pusher so far! I love how light weight it is and how easy it was to put together. I'm yet to use the second seat as my second baby isn't due till Feb 2022 but so far it's been awesome for my 16 month old, the basket size underneath is absolutely phenomenal and can fit so much in it, the pusher handles really well and is comfortable to push around, It doesn't feel flimsy at all and is amazing value for $$ Show reply

Great – Product is great love the design easy to set up however customer service communication regarding delays was terrible had to contact CS about delay they never contacted me not impressed.

Excellent pram - very poor instructions – Instructions are gibberish and need to be re written in proper English. It was difficult to work out how it went together so a few more informative images would have also been helpful.
