and very knowledgeable. When we met again at the Leopold display home, his passion for the home and the details that Livegreen had incorporated into the design really stood out.
Throughout all of our dealings with Richard, we had a fantastic experience. At no point did we feel pressured to sign a contract or pay a deposit, which we really appreciated. All of the build timelines he discussed with us were met in full by Livegreen.
We also had numerous consultations with Kelly, both online and in person, and ended up with a beautiful combination of colours and finishes. Kelly’s experience in interior design, along with her building knowledge, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the many choices involved.
Tim was our site supervisor, and I developed a great working relationship with him throughout the build. He kept us informed about all scheduled works and progress along the way. We did experience a couple of delays during the build, both of which were outside of Livegreen’s control. However, these issues were handled professionally and resolved promptly by Tim and the construction team.
We are extremely happy with the beautiful home designed and built by Livegreen. The passive solar orientation and efficient building design have created a wonderful home that is light, bright, and energy efficient.
We have already recommended Livegreen to friends and would definitely consider building with them again in the near future.

dealt with was extremely helpful, provided timely responses, were patient and friendly. We worked with the design team for approximately 18 months to create the perfect house for us. The fact that we could design our own unique home for our modest budget, blew us away and sets LiveGreen apart from many other builders that we contacted.
LiveGreen were part of our team with the joint goal to create a highly practical, energy efficient and beautiful house. They offered helpful suggestions that made the design stage overall a smooth process. It was only once the design was complete that we had to sign the contract, which was comforting for us by minimising the time between signature and build.
The build itself happened so quickly, only taking six months with no delays. Very impressive! Our site supervisor was always happy to take our calls and walk us through the site answering any questions we had. On one occasion we noticed the brickwork pattern in one area wasn't as we hoped and notified our site supervisor. This was fixed immediately without any issues to our satisfaction and demonstrates LiveGreen's flexibility and responsiveness.
After living in the house for 6 months, we can say with confidence that LiveGreen achieves their goal of applying passive house principals to create an energy efficient and sustainable home. The house does not drop below 15 degrees inside, even on the coldest 2 degree mornings with no draught at all.

Enter Live Green, and their philosophy and ours was a perfect match! The entire team - from sales people, to style consultants, to builders and trades, and the admin staff - were all so friendly and knowledgeable, and really cared about what we wanted. made some major alterations to the plans, when other builders were reluctant to change their designs. Pricing was very detailed so we were well aware of our costs prior to signing our contract. Fitting and fixtures offered a large range of options and staff were very helpful and offered terrific suggestions in regard to colours, design options and the various selections available to us. We were very lucky to have a terrific site supervisor who kept us well informed of the build and ensured the workmanship and quality was to a very high standard. We received the keys to the house earlier than expected, costs came in as per the contract price. I would highly recommend building with Live Green Homes

and our consultant guided us through with plenty of experience and a great understanding of the process. The design and estimating team helped us keep on budget while assisting us with best upgrade options for our house type and site. On site, our build quality was exceptional, the site was always tidy and our supervisor was in regular contact. We were able to easily contact our supervisor who answered any questions or concerns we had. We always had an answer quickly and our questions were never dismissed. The handover process was easy, smooth and professional! Overall we are incredibly happy that we chose to build with Live Green Homes and if we decided to build again we would do it all over with the same team!
