I used Local agent finder to find an agent to manage my interstate investment property. It was easy to use. Gave me quite a few options. It was easy connect with multiple agencies at once and get proposals. I was able to lock in an agent that suited my needs.

Local agent finder is a very helpful tool to find the right Real Estate Agent to sell your home. The site gave us all the information we needed with statistics and commission rates, connected us with the Agent of our choice, who is going above and beyond to help us sell our house . I would recommend using Local Agent Finder.

Awful. Rude, dismissive, condescending. Deliberately vague and un helpful on the phone, then blame me that things are 'going around in circles'. Product is usless. Will just sell you info to a bunch of agents. You are way better off doing your own search and contacting a showtlis of agents

I believed the TV advertising hype and entered the property and my contact details. Big mistake. Instead of being harassed by real estate agents, you will be hounded by these people instead. Endless emails, SMS messages and exhortations to use their services.

Handy tool but somewhat awkward un use. Having to actually send details to obtain more info, triggers a message to the agent before you have decided. It is still a handy resource and aids selection.

So far, I have found local agent finder extremely useful in finding people from a very wide range of expertise and skills within a very short time. Your role and service is highly recommended !

Being from Melbourne it was a great way for me to find a real estate agent to look after my property. It was an excellent service, where agents responded quickly and were all very helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS MOB. Absolutely disgraceful that the site tells you your information is not shared with any third party or agent. Immediately I start receiving calls from agents. All I wanted was a guide on what commission an agent normally charges and I read here if you use agent finder you pay a higher commission. The Agents who contacted me stated that like me, most people are disgusted at being misled by the site.

If you are a consumer go direct. You are only being put forward that are prepared to pay local agent finder absolutely absurd prices for the referral. It’s as good as scam!!

absolutely fantastic as she has been diligent, accommodating (working around our timelines) and took all the stress out of our recent purchase. We had tenants in our property within 14 days of settlement for a value above originally proposed.

Not only would I recommend Hannah, I will use her again for our next rental.

I checked the website out to do some homework thinking this app would let me compare agents without notifying them. I received unsolicited calls almost immediately from real estate agents. The app is misleading it never made it clear that my information would be sent out to individual agents. I hadn’t even time to do any research. I do not recommend.
