Unprofessional management, expensive service
I booked the 9-11 slot 3 weeks in advance.
[Name Removed] was very polite initially before the moving date. On the moving date, he lied to me at 10am saying folks are coming in 1-2hrs, but no one turned up and there was no intimation. I kept calling him from 12pm and he ignored my calls. Finally he picked my call at 2pm and when I complained about why he is ignoring my calls, he said - 'what are you talking about? I have spoken to you 3 times since morning, stop calling me', when we only spoke once. He was completely inconsiderate and rude to m

Worst removalist ever… damaged my tile and ignored our phone calls to fix it.. luckily our builder repaired it for free. Avoid this company at all costs folks.. just read all those 1 star reviews, all similar experience!
This is terrible!
The driver "[Name Removed]" was assigned to my job, and it was proven to be a very bad service.
- The driver sent me a message after midnight on Friday (Saturday morning 0:37 am) to tell me that he will arrive between 12-2pm on Saturday, instead of between 9-10am as scheduled. I only found out on Saturday morning and had to re-schedule my whole day plan to suit this change.
- The driver did not turn up until after 2:45pm and finished the job just before 6pm. But he insisted to charge me from 2:30 - 6pm for the duration of the job.

Truely terrible service.
We paid for 3 removalist and only got 2 so my husband and I had to help on either end of the move to help them.
The removalist smashed our tv and dented our fridge. We have been trying to follow up with the company multiple times they have just ignored us.
We also never received a text the night before for an arrival window for when the truck would arrive and when I followed them up the morning of the move they were rude and unable to provide a time until 30 mins before they arrived.

An excellent service
This job of moving a bed interstate was organised with professionalism from start to finish. From booking, to pickup in the evening in Sydney, and delivery next morning in Melbourne, the staff were timely, efficient and caring with the delivery.
Hit-and-Miss service
Local and Interstate Removals have provided a hit-and-miss service based on the two occasions that I have used them. On the first occasion, I moved a 2br apartment from NSW to VIC in 2020 and they were cheap and friendly.
On the second occasion, I reached out to them based on their great initial work. Unfortunately, I had an extremely stressful experience with them moving a 2br apartment from VIC back to NSW in September, 2022, though I will say that they were still cheaper than their competitors. Steve and Ali very good Removalists!
Steve and Ali moved the contents of my large storage unit in Brisbane! Some furniture was delivered to a remote property in Northern NSW and some to a new studio apartment in Sydney. Items were carefully organised into destination then packed, moved and delivered. Steve and Ali were skillful at the job and always calm, helpful and respectful.

They handles our belongings with care
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Interstate from NSW to QLD. Had to postpone the move due to floods but all went well in the end and they guys were efficient.

The worst service ever! Blackmailed and Abused
Where do I start with these guys!
Initially quoted $1320, then increased to over $2000.
Upon collecting our stuff, they left half of it behind. When my partner enquired why they verbally abused her. We purchased 17 cubic metres, they took 8 cubic metres.
It took them over 40 hours to drop our stuff off, of which was damaged. Our brand new leather sofa is not so new looking now, with deep scratches and scuffs in.
When I discussed that I was not happy with the price and service. I was verbally threatened, I was, I suppose blackmailed to "pay the amount or we'll take all your stuff".
I contacted their operations manager who politely told me to [Word Removed].
Honestly, I wouldnt recommend these cowboys to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a pick up for this Sunday but noone has come to collect nor tried to reach me?
where is the customer service team? I have made arrangements for Storage and Cleaners and noone has reached out? What is happening? This is not a good start to the service?
Communication is not this company's strong suit (see my review for my experience with them). I hope you manage to get some answers. And just know this is a systemic issue - it's not just one person. They will try to make excuses, based on my experience, but I had the same experience with multiple people. Good luck!

We are aware that your items were picked up yesterday, Sunday 22/01/2023, and instructions for delivery were provided to the removalists and emailed.
