Local Ontime Electrician

Just had Josh out to my premises in Camberwell for emergency electrical work, what can I say, exceptional customer service, arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue. I can't speak more highly enough of Josh and this organisation. Will certainly be using them as my dedicated Electrican. Jim

CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT SHOULD BE – Having experienced a lighting failure to three rooms in our house, electricians Ben and Tommy attended our residence and efficiently resolved the problem. What made them stand up from others is their friendly approach, being respectful and went beyond was was expected of them. Scammers using good name – Called someone claiming to be Ontime Local Electrician from fridge magnet. Emergency callout fee of $150. When they arrived demanded $650 before they would DO ANYTHING. Sent them away.

Fantastic service – Fantastic service, my hot water tank burst and they were able to change it and have everything fixed and done by the end of that day as I was working the next few days. Can’t recommend enough!

Quick response and great service – We lost power to heating hotwater and internet when safety switch kicked in alerting to a problem. Billy arrived same day and was quickly able to identify the source of the outage and rectify. A previous electrician had installed an interior rated socket for the external water heater. Very happy and will recommend and use again.

The worst and unreliable customer service ever – I made an urgent booking to get some electrical work done. busy and can't make it to my place any more!!!!

I waited the whole afternoon while cancelled all other jobs for this. In the end, my urgent work got left behind by the "Local Ontime Electrician" after they confirmed they would come. They did not leave me with any time to organise other electrical companies.

When I told the company on the phone that I would like to make a complaint, their extremely rude customer service representative hang up on me quickly without giving me the manager name, email address and the ABN number that I requested. I can't believe how rude and unprofessional they are!!

apologising ONCE for being unprofessional and late, they get their back up when I mention I’m gonna complain about their Colleague, and left without doing the job. I’m determined to tell everyone in my community not to use these guys! They are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful! I can see now that despite the manager’s assurances to me of [Name Removed] professionalism, the reviews prove otherwise! They need serious customer service and cultural sensitivity training. Maybe not all their people are the same, but if you are getting similar complaints about the same guy [Name Removed] an d similar complaints about their technicians’ attitude such as ‘ mocking elderly and disabled people. Totally professional customer service!! Amazing! – We needed some lights installed and a fuse box replaced. We were quoted the day previously by Ben who was highly professional. The following day Ahmad and Amir arrived, were very polite and professional, friendly and attentive. All the work was done within an hour and a half. I cannot recommend them highly enough. help and after almost two weeks still having no power. Left over Christmas with no power, medications that required refrigeration have now expired. We've lost thousands of dollars worth of medication due to incompetence and a waste of our time.

All going on deaf ears.

I've complained to the company and requested not to speak to the electricians as they've caused stress and anxiety to us, instead the company itself have also fallen on deaf ears and refused to respect my wishes.

I've received phone calls of abuse and demand in 'thays how we will do it and if you don't like it find someone else'. After all of this, it was better to cut my losses with this company and go elsewhere.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to any one unless you'd like to continue to have no power.

Outstanding Job – Tom & Ahmad have done an outstanding job installing lights in the apartments of myself & my neighbour . They were polite, professional and their work was of a high standard. On time and resolved the issue – I had an issue with my lights following a storm. Rick and Jacob came out, arrived early and resolved the issue. They were very thorough, went through tested every single light and kept me informed through the process of what was happening. Electrician 11 months ago – I wrote a review 11 months ago and it was 1 star or zero. But a man from your office rang to say "We will give you $200 off your next job if you change review". Stupidly I did . I will never use these people again .So wish to alter my review to original. Disgraceful electrician.

Wish I had read the reviews first...this company is a rip off – Rheem hot water heater needed a new thermostat. Online price $61. I was charged $480. When I queried the price, was told that the thermostat was $160, and that it was a 10 minute job. Queried the charge of $420 labour, when I had already paid a call out fee of $165, on a Saturday afternoon. TOTAL RIP OFF PRICES. $640, to replace a $60 part, in 10 minutes..... Excellent service with care and integrity – Easy to book and quick response to wires hanging from a broken power outlet. Billy was organised, efficient, thoughtful, respectful and very tidy and I was very grateful to find someone respectful in my home. Show reply
