turned up on time the day they told us they would start, the build team were polite, hard working and were eager to get the excavation done. The third step the team returned the next day and installed, set up and connected all components and tested the pool and went to the next level to clean our driveway and other areas , next day the concreter contacted us and start the concrete bond beam process. Amazing!!! – The pool is so easy to maintain. I have had it for over a year and have not done much at all. Just have to empty the vantage basket and skimmer and thats it. We can't wait until the sleeper lid is removed and the connections are complete when the house has been built.

Great pool & brilliant follow up support – We chose Local Pools because of the in-floor cleaning system which meant we didnt need an annoying vacuum hose or robotic cleaner in our pool. The in-floor jets mean that our pool cleans itself with very little input from us. Its brilliant and so worth the bit of extra expense. that they have never cleaned it since they installed it and it looks amazing, so we were sure that a pool like that was what we wanted. Unfortunately we had an easement running next to where we wanted to position the pool and several other things didn't comply. It was not easy but Local Pools team never gave up on us and helped us to the very end. The pool got excavated and installed within two days! We could not believe how quickly it all happened once we received Council approval. Kathryn and Renee helped us to obtain the Construction Certificate and did all the paperwork for us. Justin, the owner, was always there for us from the installation to the handover. Nothing was ever a problem for Justin, he always replied to all my many messages and phone calls with patience and professionalism. His patience is highly commendable! Justin was and still is always happy to help and for this reason I strongly believe that he needs to be praised all he does. Even after handover he came to our house to help us with the cleaning of our pool (lots of dirt from landscaping went inside the pool) and we were extremely grateful. The entire Local Pools team really care about their products and we highly appreciate everything they have done for us. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We love our beautiful pool and we look forward to enjoy it, without cleaning it so much, for the next many years to come.

been great with their aftercare but handover could've been more detailed as we had never had a pool before and it's disappointing as we seem to be having issues once things are out of warranty. The tiling on the sunpod started to lift and tiles fall off after 2 years, just outside of warranty, however Local did cover this and now our pool pump has died 3 mths out of the 3 year warranty. Online it states pool pumps should last between 8-10 years so its disappointing this has happened now when the equipment is still relatively new. When paying in excess of $50,000 you would expect no issues for quiet some time but it seems to be one thing after the other and we are waiting to see what goes next. Disappointing because initially we felt very happy that we had chosen Local Pools but in a short period of time for things to fall apart or stop working we are left wondering if we really got a quality product. After contacting the company who makes the pump we've also been told that there was regular maintenance we should have been carrying out but this was never mentioned to us by Local Pools at any time. Great getting the pool in the ground & banking your cheques not so great with handover.

to go over our budget. We were only ever recommended products never pushed into having them. From the moment we met with the Renee and Justin the owners, nothing was too hard, there were no dumb questions, the pool from start to finish was extremely quick, and it is beautiful and everything we wanted. Our builders even commented on how professional Justin was on site. Our biggest fear was something going wrong and having no access to anyone for answers which is one of the biggest complaints we had heard about other companies, and this was never the case with Local Pools as Justin is onsite daily and their office staff are always in the know of what jobs are going on. I cannot recommend them high enough.
