Lollypotz Chocolate Bouquets

Perfect gift – Ordered from Lollypotz for the first time as a recommendation from my daughter, they were wonderful and helpfully with my purchase. Disappointing item not delivered and still waiting for refund – Very disappointed I have purchased from lollypotz online a few times and never had issues but purchased two seperate items on the 29th of March to be delivered the following week. days/week so again chased up with multiple emails. I did finally get a call and the lady was lovely and apologised and arranged to resend one of the items at a later date as it was for Easter and the recipients went away hence why I ordered prior. They offered a refund too. I left the call happy. I then heard nothing no delivery, no refund and now almost 2 months later from purchase date still haven’t received a refund and the item never was not delivered even though they said it had been dispatched. I told them not to bother and I just want my refund and be done which I’ve been chasing and yet to receive. I was told last Tuesday they were processing the refund finally as they were waiting for TNT claim but was never told this would impact my refund and I would wait 5 weeks for (yet to receive). To be honest that is not my problem that it wasn’t delivered by TNT and a claim was being put in when I was promised a refund. I shouldn’t be put out waiting for their claim with that? Or this should’ve been communicated to me. The products are really cool but unfortunately I’ve had such a bad experience with having to chase up so many emails I will not purchasing again.

A new, innovative and well received take on the idea of sending "a bunch of flowers" – Have ordered several times from Lollypotz over the years for gifts. They are fantastic. Best service, great quality bouquet – Lollipotz went above and beyond to accommodate my request to change the day of delivery to that same day, during school hours, to a very deserving teacher. Lack of communication - waiting for refund – Ordered bouquet in October. They were kind enough to contact me on the Monday, due to location - will arrive a day or 2 late. Was lost with couriers. Offered to resend or refund. I chose refund 3 weeks ago. Still nothing, called 5 days ago to follow up as emails not being answered. Still no refund. customer service again, they advised they would send another order out as they could not locate my original order. My original order was placed on the 30th of September 2020 and on the 26th of October (still no delivery of first or second) I asked them to issue me with a refund. It is now the 5th of November and they have not refunded my money. I used another company, who made the delivery within 48hrs.

Exceeded expectation – It is always hard ordering online from a photo to know how big the basket will be. So I ordered the bigger size easter basket and was impressed with the amount and range of goodies provided. Prompt service and delivery during a busy time. Very quick delivery and responsive reply – The bouquet was delivered very quickly. I did ask for the paper colour to be changed (and it wasn't). When I queried this I got a response very quickly.
