Good shoes – Not sure about Lucid dream I bought lucid shoes from city beach 2 for 100 and I liked it because I needed shoes for exercise, the shoe is very light and comfortable to walk when I look at Nike air no where near light and over priced. Worst Company EVER – I purchased a dress and it broke within 10 minutes of wearing it to which I sent and email only to get a response saying it was not their problem and that they would no longer be replying to any of my emails. Worst customer service and an absolute scam of a website.

FRAUDULENT do not buy! – Placed an order back in July and my account was automatically blocked due to suspicious activity. I never received the order from Lucid Dreams. My bank has issued a charge back for goods not received from the suspicious company as they refused to refund the amount of the order. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from here!

Absolute crap – After months of waiting and numerous contacting I only got one item I ordered and the idiots refuse to contact me back about the second item after I have emailed them literally everyday about either giving me a refund or sending me the item. All they do is take your money and not even give you what you ordered. And even if you get your products, I can assure you either the quality will be horrendous or the sizing will be completely off. Should go out of business. Absolute trash, both the products and the service. Unfortunate that I have to give them even 1 star for this to be submitted.

Extremely dissatisfied – If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have had limited response or detail from Lucid dreams about where my almost $200 package is or when it would arrive. Very disappointed, think Ive been ripped off.

Do Not Order From This Website! – Do not order from this website!!! I am still waiting for my order, which they are claiming has been in transit for 4 months and I will receive any day now. They are refusing to give me a refund. Save yourself a lot of time and effort and don't order from them!

checking size charts when ordering. I would return it but you can only get a credit note and there is no way I would ever put myself through another 2.5 months of dealing with this scam of a company. I hope to god they go bust before more people waste their money.

over a month and a half to arrive

My order took nearly two months to arrive, despite the order time on the website being stated as 18 days. I ordered a Large (supposed size 12) and when it arrived it was no bigger than a size 8. I am unable to get them exchanged because the pants I ordered aren’t available on the website anymore. Disappointing and frustrating.

DO NOT BUY – This shop is a total scam it was previously called 'Luna and Lucifer' but they changed the name. They do not offer paypal so it was stupid of me to not see through the scam. They give you a 'tracking number' but it is fake and does not exist.

parcel's whereabouts like 'its stuck in customs' or 'has been lost' or 'its on its way' repeatedly but I am almost positive that I have been scammed which is absolutely devastated. Do not even think about purchasing from this website it is a scam.

SCAMMERS - Horrible and Untrustworthy theives – I purchased over $100 from this website and recieved an email with an order and tracking number, however, the tracking number says that they are getting the item ready.... well its been over a month!
