Sam arrived and done a thorough assessment, taking his time to assess the issues we were having. After many years of not having any idea what the issue was, Sam’s thorough inspection addressed a very serious issue that honestly could’ve been resolved sooner if the past plumbers had cared to look into it. Sam is an outstanding plumber and is very professional, kind and patient towards the delicate issues that arise within plumbing. Absolutely recommend. 10/10

We had an emergency blockage last night (Saturday night, that is) and one of the plumbers, Sam came to the house to fix and resolve the smelly blockage. We just had Sam come out for an emergency on a Saturday as our hot water went out. Having 3 kids plus the cold weather, and washing to do, Sam arrived promptly, and diagnosed the issue and got the hot water back in operation.
