to confirm the flowers had been delivered. Lucy acknowledged the $15 courier could not speak English and with increasing hysteria told me the address was wrong and the recipient was not at the address, was unknown at the address and then that a person with the name of the recipient was on holiday in Korea. Lucy invited me to take action by phoning the recipient’s address. In the event I alerted the recipient to the problem, destroying the surprise of unexpected flowers. I can’t imagine how Lucy survives in business.

that now the fee will be more $25 . I disagreed with the fee, She said she will make a bouquet with less flowers than the $85 in a box order i made, or charge me $10. I told her about the website stating that delivery was $15. She said that it was 20 years old and that she couldn't change it. I said I didn't want her to change my order. She was adamant that I was ripping her off, that the cost of fuel, couriers, flowers she had to charge more. I said that she needed to change her website. She said she couldn't afford to do this. That I was not a Christian person!! I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. she said that the owner was in hospital and I had to wait. I said no that I would contact Fair Trade. She then said the owner was a lawyer that I would not get my refund. (hands in the Air) After a few back and forwards. I said I wanted a refund. She made me feel that I should have pity on her, she was old and 70 years old that she was struggling. Maybe, but at the end of the day. I ordered a $85 bouquet in a box, with a card and delivery $103 ( not cheap) but for my friend I wanted a nice arrangement to ease the pain of looking at the millions of stitches in his head. I don't need the hassles and excuses. If she can not fulfil my order, she should not be in business. Today , I checked. I have a refund $103. This is what happens when YOU say , Fair Trade. Shouldnt be this way. I think that after reading the reviews, I am not the only person, Disappointed.

Do your self a favour and buy flowers from somewhere else – I ordered tulips for same day delivery via the website. I was called later that day to say that they were having issues with the courier and couldn’t deliver that day. complaint via email with a picture of the flowers and was told that 1. it was a website error and they shouldn’t have accepted a same day order, and 2. pretty much the flowers were as expected. I have included a photo. This is what you get for $48, delivery extra.

friend on her birthday so i requested for morning delivery. she ended up receiving the flowers at 4PM. and the bouquet is so tiny, flowers are on the verge of dying, it is the worst flowers i've ever seen in my life. complete waste of $114, i wish i have just gone to woolies and bought her flowers from there. i've attached the image from their website, verses what she actually received.

Do not order from here! – I am extremely disappointed with the flowers that I ordered from Lucy's florist which were supposed to be a premium floral bunch. For $85, i certainly expected a full bunch of flowers like that shown on their website. Instead, the bunch of flowers that were delivered looked wilted and half the size of that on their website! For $85, I could have gotten a better bunch of flowers elsewhere. Will never order from here again!

care required. I was told the buds would grow and open. Also, to change the water after 3 days and cut the stem ends. All this was done. However, the buds didn't grow nor did they open. What they did was shrivel up. A major disappointment considering the arrangement was a gift from a family member in Tasmania. When I approached the florist, "Lucy", she didn't want to know anything about it. I was told that the grower would be contacted.... Never again will I nor my family use Lucy's florist in Summer Hill. Good money wasted.

Flowers Wilted/Died in 3-4 days, wowwww when I tried to get a replacement/refund – I received flowers on Saturday 2nd March 2019 (I collected them at the door, ie. no sitting outside for any time). florist to let them know and to ask for either a replacement or a refund. The female staff member's voice changed from very polite to abusive immediately she knew the reason for my call. She asked how long did I expect flowers to last, and said they that did not guarantee how long flowers would last. I suggested that I would expect more than 3 days and that I have received flowers regularly enough to know that at least a week would be a good amount of time. She continued to abuse me that it was ridiculous to expect them to last a week and refused to replace them or give my daughter a refund. When I asked to speak to the owner, she said he was away for a meeting. Today I rang to see if they had reconsidered my request, and again she 'went off' at me, and this time the owner is "away". I threatened to go to Fair Trading and she said "go try it". Photos available with date and time. *Update: the owner has advised that the flowers looked okay on arrival and therefore he won't be offering a refund. He refused to answer whether the flowers should have only lasted 3-4 days. My daughter has confirmed that she spent $100 on her gift of flowers to me, which the bunch clearly wasn't worth.

Beautiful and prompt delivery – I rang and ordered a "Monet"" arrangement early this morning and was told it would be picked up for delivery at 10 am. The person I spoke to when ordering was extremely nice and helpful. I received notification with a photo of the arrangement from the person I sent the arrangement to and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the arrangement was beautifully arranged...Thank you once again Lucy's Florist, you have my business forever! Show details

Great value! – I ordered an arrangement online to send to my friend on the loss of her father. My friend told me the roses in the arrangement were just beautiful and it was still fresh 10 days later! Not what I ordered – Flower bunch was not what I initially ordered the "Saphire' which inclide white roses.. The bunch delivered was lovely but your typical bunch with lillies, there were no roses. As the recipient has a cat I avoided lillies as they are toxic. I understand that it depends on whats available, but the main reason I ordered the Saphire bunch with the greeen vase as stated, was because of the colour theme and uniqueness. DO. NOT. USE – The mainly natives arrangement, ordered from the UK, started to wilt within 18 hours. I emailed, received a reply which said "speak soon" but heard nothing even though I emailed again days later. Stale old flowers - but no-one cares – Bought flowers on-line from Lucy's florist in Summer Hill, Sydney. The box of native flowers lasted a day before looking old and stale. I complained to the shop who didn't bother replying. Too many good options in Sydney. Don't use Lucy's Florist! Show details

Disappointed – I was delivered flowers on Valentine’s Day from Lucy’s, and the rose petal were already dark and dry around the edges. A couple days later they became wilted and the flower head are facing down wards. First photo is the day I received them and the second was a couple days later.

Nothing still turned up at 5pm and my wife left work.

Will never use this company again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I have used many florists over 10 years and I have never had one not miss a delivery.

Do not buy from this disgraceful company – We live in the US and ordered flowers for our daughter’s birthday (she is at the University of Sydney). We asked for AM delivery. They did not even arrive on the day. A phone call resulted in a rude and dismissive response. TWO days later they arrived. We emailed them and are still awaiting any response. Shop elsewhere, please. They just don’t care.

Very disappointing – Ordered a bunch of flowers online for a friends birthday. Specifically requested a particular date as it was for a birthday and Lucy's delivered on the wrong date and then would not rectify the situation when I called them

Meh. Pretty average – I paid $38 for a bunch of tulips for a friend plus $15 delivery. My friend took a photo of the flowers to thank me and I didn’t think the bunch was worth $38. There were 9 tulips which were all opened quite a bit already so they won’t last very long. Next time I’ll try another online florist.

received a text from the driver a day or two after that they were delivered. We were under the impression they had not arrived due to the flowers looked completely different than the website. We visited the store and we were verbally abused and shouted out and that we insulted her intelligence of being educated in the united states with awards.

We were unable to discuss our views and disappoint and refused refund because her statement was " i change the flowers because the one on the website is ugly and old fashioned i dont like it.... i make it better .. " i said it looked worse and empty and there was no roses only lillies and couple tulips and she shouted yes see i make better for you!!!" I responded where are the pink and white roses there was not even one... and i went on discussing what our options were and she would not apologise for her mistake... the fact that she made changes to the order without consulting the buyer... she is very aggressive and will not let you speak a word to discuss a problem. I wonder how she got those awards.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BEWARE OF WHAT YOU MAY GET. SHOP ELSE WHERE AND BESIDES PRICES WERE NOT CHEAP.. PAID 350.00.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

and I was rude suggesting otherwise. Only to find out later when she called her courier they got delivered to the wrong address! Whats worse she still refused to apologise to me and accept that I was right and she was wrong. Her kind husband gave me a full refund however she was so rude and insinuated I was lying when told her they were not delivered. I will never ever return here. The flowers have most often been sub standard and half dead and have only come for convenience in the past But I would much rather drive 5 suburbs to get service that ever go there again.

Non order – The site said guaranteed delivery on Sunday and it is not. And the 10% discount advertised did not work. So I gave up
