Terrible clothes! Do not buy from this company – Should have read the reviews before buying. TERRIBLE quality, delivery took a lot longer than advertised in their website and customer service are useless. DO NOT BUY from this company. Scam. Return address does not exist – Clothing not as described - so ill-fitting I actually cannot post a photo with any ounce of modesty. When I asked to return it they did respond and provided me with an address. All seemed fine. Fast forward 6 months I am still without a refund and the package has just showed up on my doorstep again - address given is clearly fake. Absolute crap! Cheap and nasty – Cheaply made crap. Around $30 shipping for this $60 dress, only to get it here and find it looks like something sold at a $2 shop. reached out to them thru Paypal to ask to return the item (as it arrived too small), they said they couldn't refund the item because I had filed a claim against them on Paypal. When I understood their protocol and formally cancelled the claim, they continued to make excuses about why I couldn't return the item or sent me really vague responses like this: "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your email. Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated. If you have any concerns don't hesitate to message us." Finally they offered this sham: "Thank you for contacting us. We're very sorry if the item you received doesn't fit well as a compensation; 1st.We are offering you $15 voucher as compensation or you can purchase the item again with 60% price only. Note: Our dress and items are based from Asian sizes, we suggest that please pick larger size than you usually wear." My response on July 2nd, after going back and forth from since May 24th: "This is unacceptable. Your policy states you can process a return with a full refund so why is this not being offered? This was a $50 dress and it doesn’t fit. Period. I’m beyond frustrated. Please advise or please put me in contact with the owner or a manager." Their response: "Thank you for your support and understanding. If you do not accept a partial refund or cash coupon, we are sorry about it. If you want a full refund, you need to return your items to our warehouse. We still provide a refund after receiving your return package If there is anything I can do to help, please just let me know, I will try my best to help you." FINALLY, they had offered a refund, but when I asked for the ship to address, I got the run around YET AGAIN about how they cannot process a refund because of the Paypal claim (that had already been closed!) Our correspondence started on May 24th and it's July 7th!

this website and plugged in this return #. So I did. Next thing you know someone remoted into my computer pressing all these buttons and then the screen went black. Then minutes later there was a e-giftcard purchase made on my amazon account. I knew immediately that I had been hacked. I had to call all my cc companies, google, PayPal... and change all my passwords. It was awful and I never got my dress!!!!

2020 I emailed them again about the 2 dresses that I still haven't received and it bounced back straight away saying email address not found. I now wish I googled reviews before buying from here it would have saved a lot of waiting, time and money.

email on Jan 5th that my order is “Paused” . Because I kept following up. How arrogant. And when I asked them to process the item ASAP, they said “ ok it is under normal process now “ which means I will have to wait for 3 more months. My maternity photo shoot is in 2 weeks. Terrible, dishonest, waste of money – Terrible, dishonest company. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Bought 3 dresses, finally arrived after weeks of chasing. Cheap material and craftmanship was poor so sent them back to China at own expense. And now they have refused to confirm with China Custom that the parcel is meant for them and they wont refund any money. Do not buy with them, waste of money.

Terrible company – This company preys on pregnant women. I purchased over 200AUD on maternity clothes only to discover the items were never going to arrive. Please do not trust this company, they have ripped off numerous innocent people.
