Incredibly poor attitude and service – After a no fault claim for the car getting damaged by an automatic gate, the accusations and insinuations were unacceptable. They then said they would only offer 3rd party cover at renewal. I had never had an insurance claim in nearly fifty years of insurance.

Arrogant and unhelpful – I was only trying to get a quote so I can decide if I should purchase my 'special vehicle'. That is, if it costs too much to insure, I won't buy it; and vice versa. No, no help there. Very arrogant to talk to. In fact the worst insurer I have ever talked to.
