Ok words do not do this review justice. My girlfriend was over the moon upon receiving the Luxe bouquet 2 rose everlasting dome. well packaged, arrived seamlessly, in tact, looking amazing to say the least. Luxe bouquet went above and beyond yet again as this isn't my first purchase from them. If you want to blow your partners socks off then i highly recommend any of the products that Luxe Bouquet offer. AAA+++

Unprofessional, Suspicious Practices, and a Ruined Anniversary – I am extremely disappointed with Luxe Bouquet’s service. Out of caution and to ensure my order would be delivered, I contacted Luxe Bouquet’s support team to confirm this was legitimate. I provided the requested verification, but despite my efforts, there was no response from them for three whole days. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Not only did Luxe Bouquet fail to deliver on time, but the lack of communication and the intrusive, suspicious verification process ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful and joyful occasion. To make matters worse, their handling of the situation—leaving me in the dark for days and then canceling—shows a complete lack of professionalism.
I will not be using Luxe Bouquet again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you’re planning something special. Their poor communication, suspicious practices, and failure to deliver make them completely unreliable.

to direct sunlight, excessive heat, nor moisture. The order (43653) originally had trouble with a forgotten item (balloons), but this was resolved. I am disheartened and don't have confidence that these roses actually last the advertised time of "over a year", even in the appropriate conditions.

I had paid an extra $50+ for same day delivery. Finally they arrived in the afternoon and they reeked of smoke from the delivery driver. The next day i received an email telling me how happy they were that i was overjoyed with the flowers and the service. After 6 emails from my daughter and myself I finally received an email telling me they had not received any emails but would look into the complaint. They then suggested they had no control over the deli very team. When I replied that that was a cop out and told them they were responsible thru all employees and contractors I received no further response. The total cost to me was$425...buyer beware...I certainly expected better service and my daughter to be overjoyed with her Peony Box...alas I am left angry and wiser.
Flowers did not arrive before Valentine's – Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day on the 7th of Feb and received tracking details on 8th in AusPost app (StarTrack). their claim on the website that delivery takes 2-4 days. I am not sure what they are referring to here as my logic cannot comprehend that their website states 2-4 business days but they are arguing that sending it out on 12th February will absolutely meet my preferred date. I would have thought that if you send it on 12th February, you would expect to receive it between 14th-16th February..... meaning they had NOT accounted for delays in delivery. In the end, apologised that I was left with no flowers for Valentine's Day and management were aware of the issue....
No compensation was offered. In the end, I had to scramble to buy something on February 14th as the tracking was showing my flowers had been sent to Brisbane depot (probably in error) when I am located in Melbourne. This is within expectations of the 2-4 days delivery timeframe since the flowers were sent on Monday 12th Feb....
Issue is that they are blaming the postal service instead of taking responsibility that they did not even meet their own claim to have flowers delivered in 2-4 business days as long as the order was placed early....
Don't count on them for on time delivery for your big day or issue resolution or you may be left very disappointed.

High quality end product and great customer service – I ordered a large everlasting bouquet box 3 days prior to the delivery date for a birthday. It arrived on time and in the mid morning which was perfect! As expected the product looks amazing and even better in person. Product Didn't Arrive on Planned Date – I ordered from Luxe and was not informed at all that the courier didn't pick up the order. Customer Service Once in the live chat and assigned an "agent" response time was over 10 minutes per reply. And simply.just repeating what they have already said.
Frankly, I am disappointed with the services and lack of communication from Luxe regarding this.
UPDATE Luxe has offered a partial refund to compensate for the late delivery and have indicated they are exploring back up options for the future.

Quality Products , Great customer service! – Have purchased previously and couldn’t fault the product. Purchased a mini this time around, however had been advised they ran out of stock after placing the order. They promptly arranged to send out a replacement but of a higher priced alternate at no additional cost.
