But I was the one dealing with him from the beginning. My wife didn’t know the agreed price. He had my phone number, so I don’t understand why he didn’t call me before increasing the price and continuing the job.

They came to my neighbor’s place last week for carpet cleaning. After hearing how good they were with stain removal, I decided to book them too. They did a great job at my place as well. I had a few coffee stains on my mattress that didn’t come out, but other than that, everything was perfect. The price was affordable too! I want to get 10% off my next booking. Thanks Team

The level of service was extremely disappointing. The cleaner came more than 2 hours past the scheduled time. I have previously used a different company for annual carpet cleaning and the results were impressive. I wouldn't recommend this kind of service to anyone.

Didn’t show up. After they were late by an hour for an 8.30am start, I enquired when they would expect to start. They told me the cleaner was sick and they needed to reschedule. They did not let me know, I had to pursue them. Zero respect for the customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid $202 for what was basically a 10-minute rushed job. that isn’t even six months old. Funny how I managed to remove the stains myself with a cloth and warm water, but a “professional” service couldn’t. No accountability. No refund. Just excuses. Save your money — unless you’re happy paying to clean your own couch afterward.

intense stains

How is it fair that when he comes to my apartment he 1. Comes 30mins late 2. Complains about the elevator not going from the car park to my apartment (after parking in my spot) 3. Asks my 9months pregnant wife to help lift his equipment up with him 4. Immediately tries to up-charge my wife by saying the stains would require a deep clean that costs 420 (initial price was 180, which we happily paid without having a conversation about it) 5. Cleans our rug and then expects my wife to hang it up herself. Mind you this is after my wife helped him with his equipment up 6. We had cleared the floor so it’ll be easier for him to clean. But we didn’t move our standing fan, when he leaves and my wife has a look the fan is in the same spot with the dust still surrounding it and it was dry as if he never went over it

tried contacting them by phone and email with no response at all – which, judging by other reviews, seems to be their normal way of operating. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth a single dollar. Avoid Luxe Carpet Cleaning at all costs.

a quick carpet vacuum but they didn't. From my observation most furniture indent marks in the carpet had not changed one tiny bit, which I have been advised independently should improve after a proper cleaning is performed. I observed the main foot traffic areas did not improve from the "carpet cleaning". Dont pay this lot if you want carpet cleaning done properly. Calling them to complain and trying to get them to return is a waste of time, but they are experts when it comes to excuses, "carpet wear indent mark..it wont come out, carpet permanent stain..it cannot be removed". Just read the other blistering reviews and you will quickly see how they really operate. Disappointingly poor or non-existing work and customer service. Beware fake positive reveiws, scripted responses and expected excuses. Only Delux in no carpet cleaning.

They came (three hours early) they cleaned. My carpet and apartment has a very strong and noxious smell of cleaning detergent afterwards. I asked them back to fix it. They came and sprayed something out of a bottle. Changed nothing. I asked them back again. They never showed up. I had cleared all the furniture off the carpet for the visit. and told him, more like your tactic is you quote low and come up with some rubbish to make more money. He did the basic clean and left. Carpets look identical to before he came. I wanted him out of my house to be honest. Scammers. Not to mention you’re speaking to a normal English person to book, process is smooth and then a clown arrives. Steer clear.

Got quoted $150 from this company. Then the guy came 40 minutes late, and didn’t even bother to apologies. Then he said the couch was greasy and need to use chemical and charged me $300 in total. detailed that in our booking that they had already accepted and confirmed. How is it a safety issue if you will do it for $50 extra? I had taken time off work to come home and facilitate access. Awful service that is clearly trying to corner you into spending more money.
