message bank, that is very apologetic - saying he will have someone call me ASAP, but also asked me to put it all in an email, giving me a totally inaudible email address, then asks is there anything else he can help with b4 immediately disconnecting my call.....absolutely useless. after making three more calls, I get a text message at 2:20pm saying sorry they booked me in for the following day by mistake ! I just went back non line and found someone else.

Revieved confirmatiobn of Job booked in for1030 (sat), 1130 told technicians running late, 1330 can no longer do it that day, can do 130 tomorrow (sun), 1530 no longer so sun only monday cause technician is sick due to long weekend. At least stick to the one escuse for wasting peoples time. Same day service i think not.

Ripped off – Took days to dry they only did one side of my cushions , when dried white stains showing thru , was an hour late , offered to come back , I told them not to bother.

Don't waste you time – Carpet was not cleaned properly, I feel like they are dirtier than before. They never respond to emails, texts or phone calls. give them a miss

Fast , efficient and a job well done – Arrived in time and efficiently deep cleaned my sofa set ! Very clean …. Minimal fuss and will definitely be asking them to return for my rugs and carpet !

to communicate with them. They advised the carpet would be dry 2-3 hours later. I arrived home 2 1/2 hours later, carpet was saturated. Not just wet, for example I knelt down, and my jeans were soaking. The carpet looked clean, but the wetness of the carpet was a huge detractor. I left the cat in the bathroom for safety for several more hours, as I wasn’t sure if this this would make her sick. My carpets were not fully dry until lunchtime on Sunday 24 hours later. Highly unimpressed and wishing I went with Electrodry rather than this company. Please considered all reviews before going with them. They may be cheaper than other places, and now I know why.

Car seats are worse off than before – This was a complete clown show. My carpets and seats are worse off than before the cleaning. White stains over the seats and weird dog smell (I don’t have dogs) complete waste of time and money. Tripped my power 6 times because of using the wrong type of machine. Will be trying to request a refund (they don’t answer calls or messages) if even possible

This was the worst cleaning job – The carpets are not clean, they still look terrible. The cleaner who did the work must have put water in a power socket because after he did the cleaning I had no electricity for two days. three hours after the cleaner had finished. Yet there were pools of water on the carpet after the job was completed. I spent two hours trying to soak up the water with towels, after which the white towels I used were brown because of all the remaining dirt. After that I used a hair dryer for another couple of hours. It was only after 48 hours that the carpets were finally dry. I am very unimpressed with M&Co Cleaning. I do not recommend under any circumstances.

Terrible outcome – We engaged this company a year ago to clean our carpets. When the carpets in two of the rooms dried, they did not look cleaned and still had obvious fur and debris that had been lifted during the clean. Dirtier then when found – Booked carpets in for a clean. Representative could not use machine and swore non stop. Carpets ended up dirtier then were originally. Second clean had to be payed for. Do not use these guys.

Fantastic service! – This company is amazing! My daughter vacated a rental property and organised for another carpet cleaning company to clean the carpets which they did and they smelt amazing after the job. needed to be deep steam cleaned. So the carpets had to be cleaned again. I stepped in to help my daughter as she was busy at work and I came across M&Co cleaning. We had only a couple of days to sort this out. I spoke to Mayla on Monday explaining the carpets had already been cleaned etc. and she organised for Fabio to go to the property the next day and do a deep steam clean. Such fantastic service. Very quick and reliable. Fabio even messaged me to advise he was on his way. He did an amazing job. The smell has gone. I thank you Mayla and Fabio! I can’t fault this company at all.

Agree with reviewer who said this was was a Big Waste of Money – I wish I found this website before I hired them so I could have read the other reviewer who said M & Co are the biggest waste of money. promised to "do it again" but this did not improve cleanliness. Didn't clean between car seat and console. Couldn't even vacuum sand grains from carpets - i did a better job with my vacuum cleaner afterwards.

Save yourself the time, money and effort. Go to someone else.
