Poor customer service – I ordered two baskets to be delivered to 2 different addresses. One arrived but the second one didn’t. Have called and emailed to check on what the delay was, but no response from the company. There is no update after order is placed so can’t even track the order. Huge, empty box – The box looked great but half of its depth was empty space. Each food item inside was tiny and there weren't many items we liked. I hope the purchaser did not pay a lot. I don't know why a box of plain water crackers was included amongst a box of sweet items.

Would give zero if I could – Ordered hamper through giftsnideas and hamper came from MacArthur Baskets. It arrived after date which was specified and I I accepted this graciously because of Covid even though it meant my husband did not get on birthday. matched. I priced checked all items as could be purchased at any supermarket or online. It came to under 25.00 AUD, if that. I paid 129.0O AUD which included delivery. As I said, nothing was gourmet or what was listed in the product description. For example a 3.50 AUD Cadbury chocolate biscuit packet easily purchased at Coles or Woolworths.

I have had the run around from company I purchased through.

Just to point out we have used a gourmet food company in Melbourne the week before who delivered on time. Even though they accidentally made mistake, they replaced products with another gourmet product with double the amount of product. And, we paid half the price for actual gourmet products. Covid did not prevent them replacing gourmet products with other gourmet products.

Very confused why an advertised gourmet hamper costing 129 AUD (inclusive of postage) contained 25.00 AUD, if that, of easily purchased basic non gourmet supermarket items.

Perfect gift idea – This was a great gift for the person who has everything! I have ordered multiple time’s and would highly recommend. Speedy delivery and easy check out. Best part, no shopping centres!

won't use again – Sent a gift to my husband for his 60th Birthday which arrived the day after his birthday - if you conduct a business that is all about 'occasions' would be good if they delivered on a reasonable expectation of service. Extremely disappointed.
