business days my package is still in China, violating their own stated 3-7 business day delivery promise. When I requested a refund they refused repeatedly, hiding behind a 'package in transit' policy. This is deliberate misrepresentation of a foreign business as Australian, which is illegal under the Australian Consumer Law. I have reported them to Consumer Protection WA and the ACCC. Do not buy from this company.

I like the quality and fit of these bras but I did not like the bounce they allow. I have received a new bra as compensation for my inconvenience. The selection is good and customer care were supportive in rectifying my issues. Show details

Quality is great , however the bras were too small. I contacted them for an exchange and to be honest I was shocked at how helpful and quick they were. Exemplary service. Absolute rubbish. I saw people were recommending to size up. I’m normally a D or DD depending on brand, however ordered an E and it looks more like a C cup. When I put it on, the whole bra flips downwards and exposes you. They are genuinely unusable and the most cheap, crap, uncomfortable fabric. Don’t bother!!!

Australian website but it’s really all from China. Might as well order from Temu because it’s likely all coming from the same place. 2 and a half weeks and still haven’t received my order. They provided weird tracking saying it was delivered on the 13th which is when I placed the order now they are giving me completely different tracking saying it should be here next week. Will never order again. Premium price for Temu stuff.

The company presents as Australian, but is not. Bra came from China and took ages to arrive. Measured carefully, but bra is way too small. I pointed out discrepancies in their size chart and what I was sent, but the company did not take responsibility…instead cut/paste me a different size chart from their American website to justify. I'm out of pocket with no wearable bra.
