EDITED: changed ownership and issue was resolved – It took a while to get the refund because they changed ownership and there’d been a banking issue but when I did get hold of them the new staff members were really good and went above and beyond to resolve it and I got my refund after they’d been out of stock.

Disgraceful!!! – Disgraceful customer service! Tried to Lie to me about Sending me the Wrong Product! – I'm no stranger to ordering from online pharmacies and have had generally good experiences. arrived: Agadir. I emailed them to let them know and to ask what to do to return them - no reply. I emailed again the next day - no reply. The third day I rang up and asked why my emails had been met with no response; I was told a lady who'd just had a baby received the emails at home and forwarded them on to the workplace. But of course she didn’t.

The lady responsible for my order told me, for some reason, the product I’d ordered was not available because the owner of the company died in 2017; she then tried telling me that they were both the same product: Agadir made the shampoo I'd ordered now – it was now called Agadir. I told her it was not true as I bought the Babyliss Pro all the time and this and Agadir were two completely different products. She went silent, no doubt thinking I was not worth arguing with. I didn’t appreciate her obstructive, arrogant and unapologetic attitude.

It seems clear that they intend to keep the Babyliss Pro shampoo listed on their website without amending it and mean to keep selling people the Agadir!

She told me that they would send me an envelope for the return of the bottles and after they received them they ‘would see about’ granting me a refund. Unfortunately I paid by Visa and not Paypal so I have no recourse but to see if these people honour their word and give me my refund!

Based on their dishonesty and poor customer service I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.

So quick – I purchased from them on Sunday and got the order Monday afternoon. I live in Sydney but I was expecting it to take about a week

Shocking – Still waiting I ordered from this company one month ago. No response from emails asking where order is or why a delay. Taking action on them today.

Do not use this site – Ordered a b12 spray to Adelaide arrived way later than expected, never sent any shipping confirmation even after emailing twice. When it finally arrived it wasn't in any box and had no protective seal, spray had leaked everywhere. I will not be using this product as I don't even trust it is legit.

How do you rate a Customer Service - that doesn't exist?? – Placed order for 2 bottles of Arnica tablets for my broken foot. Never ever use this – Terrible service, no announcement for out of stock, after confirmed refund, no refund. Forcely sent product after I no longer needed the item. NEVER EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN. I didn't give them even 1 star!

shocking! 1star too much! – I've placed an order on 11th april my credit card got charged straight away. 10days later order still hasn't arrived. prices were very reasonable and I received all of my orders within two days. I have used other online pharmacies in the past with very mixed results, and so I called Blakes Pharmacy (who manages mail order) to let them know how happy I was with the service. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and even remembered my most recent order, now that's what I call service! I would recommend mail order pharmacy to anyone.

mailorderpharmacy.com.au – The products i ordered were shipped to me on the same day that i placed the order, and they arrived in great condition within two days. the products seem genuine, i ordered 3 different types of Bioceuticals vitamins. Very good price and one item was on sale. all round excellent service, no complaints at all.

email them twice to see what was happening, heard absolultely nothing back. Finally got through to their store to be told that the stock was out of order, and if I had an issue maybe I should just take a refund!

Said I had waited this long, might as well wait until they arrive, which I was told would be in the next 2 days by Express Post, and still nothing.....very very poor service, there are so many other options out there, don't bother with this one.
