Fabulous apartment in a great location. Excellent check in service and great communication! I’ve stayed here twice, it’s my favorite spot in Kingston and I’ll be staying here again!

Thank you Maisonnets … what a great apartment! Amazing. So well-equipped and decorated. The “African style theme” was fabulous. There are 2 parks nearby and the CBD is only a short walk away. Or Bondi Beach is a bus ride away. It is in the centre of everything! You made my stay all so easy. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay. The units are located in a great spot. Surry Hills has a really cool vibe. The unit was very clean, and well equipped. The pool was outside and very refreshing.

discovered why — the home was not at all prepared for cold weather. That night, with temperatures barely above 10°C and constant rain, we relied on the air conditioner for heating. The generator kicked in and ran all night. The next morning, we received a text from the owner stating we had used too much electricity and were asked not to use the heater overnight. My partner explained the conditions were freezing, but instead of understanding, the owner simply dropped off an oil heater and extra blanket — then messaged again saying the generator was too noisy for his neighbour and we were still using too much power.

At $400 a night, being told not to use heating is just unacceptable.

On the second night, we tried to use the outdoor barbecue — my partner had brought expensive steak for dinner — but the gas bottle was empty. The outdoor area also wasn’t covered, and with the wild winter weather, it was completely unusable.

The final straw came the next morning when we woke up without power or water. No toilet, no shower, no way to make a cup of tea. The generator was still running — loudly — but there was no electricity. At that point, we packed up early and left, cutting our trip short.

To top it off, the toilet was a caravan-style one, and the bed had long black hairs on it upon arrival.

Our dealings with MaisonNets were just as disappointing — they ignored calls and only offered a partial refund for what was clearly a failed stay.

I do not recommend booking through MaisonNets, and I definitely do not recommend staying in this tiny home in McLaren Vale. What should’ve been a relaxing birthday escape turned into a miserable, freezing nightmare.

They never replied to our cancellation, answered any phone calls nor responded to the investigation from Stayz.com.au. This is a [Content Removed] company who does not exist. We have made a report to Department of Fair Trading about these guys. Almost 2 weeks now from our first email to them, still zero reply emails or phone calls from Maisonnets.

Unexpected Quality and Low Hygine – We’ve booked an apartment at ( [Content Removed]) It was ridiculous from the moment we entry to the Car Park, ( Super tight, Dark, Dirty and Stink) Inside of the apartment just same as the photos then you realise the photos are from 20years ago, the furniture are stink, dirty and vintage! We booked with MaisonNets for a 2-night stay in Darlinghurst, Sydney, and were well pleased with the service, communication, and the follow-up to make sure we were all OK and settled in. Highly recommend booking with them and we will do so again.

mornings and afternoons but couldn’t, the balcony table was broken and couldn’t use it during my stay (44days). I reported it at soon I opened the door but nothing was done, that is my only complain. Management was excellent, reachable and quick. Next trip to Brisbane, I definitely will book again, hopefully the balcony is available, lol.

Highly recommend Maisonets – I am an a Melbourne apartment owner and have been using Maisonets for several months now to access the short term rental market. Customer service was really nice and supportive too, with our questions and requests answered promptly and in full. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for any short term stay in Melbourne.

Stay in Bondi Beach NSW – We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the accommodation as it was very convenient to shops, beach, public transport and our family. The facilities were excellent and the bed was comfortable. We strongly recommend this apartment to anyone, with a lot of living space including two balconies.

Stay in Redfern apartment – We recently stayed in an apartment in Redfern and had a wonderful stay in Sydney. had travelled from uk. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer and washing liquid which was an added bonus. The apartment had two balconies which gave great views over the city. There are plenty of quirky pubs and good eating choices close by. We requested a late check out which was agreed at no extra cost. Burleigh Heads Koala Cove Apartments – Stayed at Burleigh Heads Koala Cove Apartments. Excellent location as we were able to walk to most places. Our dog had best stay also with lots of runs on beach etc. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to . We would definitely recommend it for a great holiday.

Having the flexibility to book a late arrival was really appreciated. This property was very well managed and was excellent value for money. outside. Also recommend the nearby Unicorn Hotel. The downstairs laundry room was a great bonus. Rooftop was very nice and when new pool (underway when we were staying) is installed will be fantastic. The only downside to our stay was the noises from the coffee shop that started at 5am. Would stay there again.

Professional and responsive – A few times while on vacation myself, I've engaged MaisonNets for vacation rentals for my property. I have found them easy to deal with, transparent and professional. The concierge service is a definite plus, allowing them to personally assess guests on arrival. Must all work out ok for the guests too, since they give 5 stars for their experience!

Terrific service – MaisonNets provided comprehensive and stellar service in managing my apartment from the get-go. This was my first foray into short term rentals and MaisonNets personalised everything. When things occasionally didn't go according to plan, MaisonNets took it in their stride and kept the clients best interests in sight. I found them to be attentive and flexible, their communcation was excellent; I would recommend, no problem.

From a host’s pov MaisonNets are very particular about cleanliness, maintenance and comfort and often think outside the square to suggest improvements that will make my guests more at home.

East Melbourne 2 Bedroom Apartment – Stayed at this apartment to attend the Australian Open last weekend. Lovely, clean and quiet apartment. Easy walk to the tennis centre. Great view of the city. IGA supermarket, Fish and chip Shop, Pizza etc. available down stairs. Will definitely will book again.

Really good stay – I have stayed with Maisonnets in Bondi twice in the last year and both times were excellent. The service and communication was very prompt, the apartment was very nice, really clean and tidy and all the amenities were excellent. The lift makes life much easier with suitcases and everything worked and was very comfortable. The apartment is in the heart of Bondi so there is local noise but this did not bother me. I would definitely stay again.
