a Few days later

get an email from Zembl asking to log in and set up a password for easy access to pay bill, view outstandings etc. Which I did, first thing I checked was the rates they are providing

BOOM

The rates are higher then what was discussed, called back and spoke to the rep he said he will look into it. Later get a response

"Looks like a rate structure change. I think this will actually be better for you. As you will benefit from the off-peak and shoulder through the day time."

Which was not the case.

I would not recommend this company at all. They lure you in with low rates but the rates change when you get the welcome pack.

I do not like unsolicited SPAM! It's a waste of my time.

as a lot of the sites are not exactly user friendly, as I found out yesterday and today after being advised by one of the suppliers that my current contract was about to expire. I phoned up Make It Cheaper today and got through to Charlie Thornton who quickly found me the best rates for Gas and Electricity in my area. We completed the sign ups over the phone and it didnt take any longer than about 20-25 minutes.He was extremely quick and efficient in finding me the best deals. Job done! I highly recommend Make it Cheaper as the best way to go when the time comes around to renew your energy contracts.

Illegal transfer of business electricity account – MIC signed us to Blue NRG without our permission and any documentation. One of MIC rep called my business partner to offer to switch electricity and gas. She was asked to call me. A few days later, my previous electricity provider sent us the final bill. Not expecting a final bill I rang my business partner whether he switched provider without my knowledge. He didn't, so I had to call Alinta to check who disconnected it. I was told our new provider was Blue NRG. That was the first time I heard about Blue NRG.

Blue NRG were very professional and excellent customer service when I rang to enquire based on my NMI number. They were surprised as well how the account came to them.

Obviously, some over enthusiatic rep at MIC who is perhaps paid based on sign up decided to take short cut and switched us to Blue NRG. In fact, she about to leave MIC when I first spoke to her, because she mentioned it when I asked for her contact details.

MIC, you need to have better controls and not cause nuisance to potential customers.

By the way, I tried to ring MIC and its been an hour that MIC has not called me back. In the mean time, I spoke twice with Alinta and once with Blue NRG and have also written this review.

benefits, and I wish I'd dealt directly with the energy provider from the start. Now our office is getting endless calls from Zembl, disrupting our business, wanting to go through the process again. Promises energy savings without doing any sort of price comparison and demanding the time to do so. The irony is, I do want to do a price/market comparison, but it needs to be at a time that suits. The sales person doesn't care about this and is persistently harassing us, being rude to our staff, and using pressuring and bullying tactics to try to force our time for their own agenda. Obviously don't care about the businesses they harass as long as they get their piece of the pie whenever they want it.

sounds good – I contacted make it cheaper and spoke to their very friendly and informative representative who sent me some documents to sign. I signed as required and have nothing at all since 9th November 2022. Not one bit useful!
