repeated follow up, this has not been rectified till today and the tiles have started to completely come off the walls. Upon contacting them again today, they have informed they will no longer be sorting this for us. I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability from Malaga Tile Centre. Not only is this a significant inconvenience, but it also raises concerns about the quality of their workmanship and customer support.
Terrible experience – Inadequate quality of tiles & extremely poor customer service. They don’t deserve a single star. Spent over $22,000.00 towards the supply & installation of tiles at our new home. The Alfresco area tiles started cracking & forming holes within a few months of installation & when we contacted Malaga Tiles, they didn’t even bother to come & have a look.
