I was served by Malak & Melianie today at Myer Melbourne who went above and beyond to help me. I have now been converted to Marcs and will be shopping here again! I also love a brand that is versatile enough for me to buy work clothes that I would also happily wear socially. Highly recommend. Show details

Exceptional customer service – I wish to give Rashmi, the manager of the Marc’s store in Myer (Macquarie shopping centre) 11 out 10 for the way she professionally responded to a complaint I had in regards to a $50 Marc’s Perks reward I had earned and could not use when I went to buy something. given, to know when it would expire. Rashmi saw on my phone ( when I showed her ) the email from Marc and she also could see no evidence of any expiry date. Rashmi understood my disappointment and said she would speak to her regional manager. The next day she told me (on the phone) the good news that I could still use my $50 reward. Two days later I was happily back at Marc, selected a lovely silk shirt and Rashmi put the transaction through So happy with my buy, especially knowing my $189.95 shirt cost a lot less when my $50 reward was used. Thank you Rashmi.

Faulty dress with disappointing result – Purchased dress in sales so finally wore it the following summer only to find stitching at front undone.. Marc’s would not take responsibility as I didn’t have my receipt.. Clearly it’s their faulty product.. Very disappointing they would do anything about it.. Therefore now need to fork out money for a repair.

Bullied by Staff at Marc’s garden city in Perth – Staff at Marc’s garden city in Perth is terrible. Initial we show a voucher and ask if we can use this. The lady say is fine but after spent 1/2 hr trying, when it comes to pay suddenly she change and say no you can only purchase with other products. Worst customer service and felt bullied. Is a pity they are in Myer garden city cause normally the staff in Myer is so friendly. Show details

Good but pricy – I have had many purchases from Marcs, this Aussie brand is very well designed durable and stylish. My only issue is it slight high prices which is manageable if you track their website and wait for sales. Show details
