I also love a brand that is versatile enough for me to buy work clothes that I would also happily wear socially. Highly recommend. Show details

Bought a midi denim skirt which looked awesome on but I noticed there were two studs missing from the side seam near the hemline. This meant there were two gaping holes in the skirt. As a brand known for their good quality pieces, why send a skirt to a customer in that condition!! Then when I logged a complaint in the returns portal, I received a voicemail message from someone speaking very poor and unclear english. This brand is going downhill. Show details

Do not purchase online. I ordered 4 items about 3 weeks ago, the package has still not been sent and their ‘customer service’ has been useless in resolving my queries. They seem to have no comprehension of what I’m asking, nor seemingly anything set up in the company systems to monitor and manage orders not fulfilled.

Terrible Customer service – Terrible Customer Service This is the next level - I bought size 28 and they sent 32 - see the pic when contacted them they were like sorry we cannot send you the replacement and cannot refund until we get the pants back.

Faulty dress with disappointing result – Purchased dress in sales so finally wore it the following summer only to find stitching at front undone.. Marc’s would not take responsibility as I didn’t have my receipt.. Clearly it’s their faulty product.. Very disappointing they would do anything about it.. Therefore now need to fork out money for a repair.

Well made – Stitching is immaculate, pocket size good. Sizing seems pretty fair, be warned it's not vanity sizing, size 6 is actually a size 6 and trends ever so slightly small. does not match website. Dusty pink online looks like it has a very slightly orange undertone, when you receive it looks more like if you took a bright plum colour and faded it several times, it has a very strong purple undertone, the photo I added I picked natural lighting in the brightest window of the house for time of day. I'm not sure if I would have bought it if I saw it IRL first just because the colour is different, I would have preffered to receive the colour displayed on the website. I plan on keeping it because it's well made though, which is a difficult concept for most fashion retailers these days.

given, to know when it would expire. Rashmi saw on my phone ( when I showed her ) the email from Marc and she also could see no evidence of any expiry date. Rashmi understood my disappointment and said she would speak to her regional manager. The next day she told me (on the phone) the good news that I could still use my $50 reward. Two days later I was happily back at Marc, selected a lovely silk shirt and Rashmi put the transaction through So happy with my buy, especially knowing my $189.95 shirt cost a lot less when my $50 reward was used. Thank you Rashmi.

Disgusting customer service – Absolutely atrocious customer service. They do not answer phone calls and very basic email response. Missing item in my order and expected to wait 5 days for a response. Several requests for a phone call reply have been ignored. I do not recommend this company.

No Communication when emailed and FB messaged TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND – Absolutely terrible service. (Emailed and Messaged) Website says process within 1-2 business days its been almost a week and the item still hasn't been sent. Don't recommend and wont be buying online from them ever again. I even paid Express Post but that seems like a waste now as the items are no longer needed.

Slow return process – I purchased a Cardigan, however it is too small. I followed the return procedure which was to email customer care 2 days ago with no reply. After 2 days I rang 3 times and left a message to call me with still no reply. The process appears way to slow as u must return the cardigan within the time frame. Clearly faulty top sent with no prior inspection – Sent clearly faulty top, inspection should have identified 25cm (right) seam being undone. In addition, large discolouration plus 3cm seam undone on left sleeve. If not faulty, design and feel of material and delivery were great. Will see what options customer service offer. Show details

If you buy the wrong size online you can’t exchange it!!!! – Bought a jacket in my usual size. It was a full priced item with 30% off during cyber sale. did but still not work. then Mabelle advised i used / between my unit number and street number. it is ridiculous as i used this address as default and purchased online many times without issue.

the advise given by Customer Service Mabelle is totally useless. So i gave up purchasing Marcs online anymore. sorry you turn down customers with your unprofessional service.

2 items, both faulty – A couple of months back I purchased 2 items from Marcs. I tried to wear one straight away but discovered it had a hole in it. The second item was a winter dress so I only went to wear it recently and discovered it was also faulty. These clothes aren't cheap so wonder what has happened to a once quality brand. Won't be shopping again. The company had also made it difficult for me to return as would be outside their 30 day policy. Disappointing. Show details

Did not receive items – Paid around 200 dollars on online shopping . Specific instruction was given- to leave the items behind the side gate. the end, I am out of pocket by 200 dollars. I still have not received the items as promised and was left to suffer the costs for others mistake .I'm extremely unimpressed but at least I learnt a lesson not to buy from Marcs again! My order number #MA00014768

Slow customer service – Same experience with some of the other customers. Ordered one jacket and got charged twice with different amounts. Tried ringing customer service but got voicemail every single time. I was asked to leave a message but no one called back. I ended up sending 3 emails and they finally responded after 5 days. Doggy online ordering website – I had same experience with the other customer. Ordered one item charged twice with different amounts. I doubt there are some deliberate code errors on Marcs online order system. In the end I got my money back but it was absolutely bad experience.  Show details

Beautiful clothes, great quality – I love Marc's clothes and have only had good experiences online and in store with them. They have great designs and the clothing is always good quality. The one thing to be aware of though is that their sizing does run small. If buying online, definitely measure yourself and compare to the size guide.  Show details

Never ordering from Marcs again – I have been a customer of Marc's for years after purchasing directly from various retail stores. My online experience has been so shocking I will never purchase another item from this company again. The customer experience and support offered is nearly non-exsistant. The amount of time I have spent trying to get what I actually ordered delivered is crazy. DO NOT BUY FROM MARCS ONLINE

Product never delivered – I ordered several items from them 4 weeks ago and never received them. I have contacted customer service several times and they keep making excuses. Now they have stoop responding altogether. Looks like I’ll have to contact my Visa card company to get my money back.

Beware ordering mistakes – I accidentally ordered wrong size and immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order but was informed that this was not possible and I would have to return item post delivery. The returns process is very inconvenient for overseas buyers purchasing clothing as gifts.
