Staff in the store were delightful and knowledgeable, the carpet is a great choice and competitively priced, and Scott and Roger were very efficient in removing are old materials and installing the new. I cannot fault this carpet store. All staff I came into contact with were extremely professional and helpful. I thought it would be difficult organising flooring remotely (I don't live in Sydney), but Mark Henderson's carpets made it easy - emails were responded to very promptly and it was no problem when plans changed. They kept to timelines and arrangements in terms of meeting to quote the job and then laying the flooring. I can highly recommend this business as thoroughly professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Great service from an independent carpet retailer – We've just re-carpeted the entire house with Belgotex Belle carpet and 9mm Comfortmaster underlay supplied by Mark Henderson's Carpets. Mark and team were able to provide valuable advice on the pros and cons of various carpet types and manufacturers before we settled on our preferred option. Mark utilises the best carpet installers in Sydney who did an excellent job over three days. The overall price was very competitive. Highly recommended.
