Charged $650 to remove a baby possum from a cupboard. Wanted another $600 to put down a trap. Furthermore talked about taking the baby possum far away rather than leaving the possum on the property.

On time Service – I had a fantastic experience with them. They were prompt, professional, and thorough in handling my pest issue. The team left my home spotless and I haven’t seen any pests since. Highly recommend for reliable, efficient pest control!

They charged more than they quoted, the receipt has a different company's name Clean & Fix it Specialist (whom the ABN number belongs to Perth ). On contacting the company for further information of the job attended today they aggressively spoke and hung up, and refused to give me the managers details . This is a SCAM company. The tenant has been left with a mess and has been advised by another company to wear a mask and vacate premises . Awaiting a professional clean up

Absolute scam – These scammers charged me 300 dollars to say they could not even do the job. I told them to get out. The fake pest control guy then tried to punch me and ran out the door. Do not use this company. They are complete scammers.

SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID – Operate under lots of names including MARKS MAINTENANCE, BLUE CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL (go check out the reviews for those). Total scam and they dont give any invoices or accept credit cards. Look for a professional person rather than these scammers.

Amazing Pest Control Services ***** – I have always had a problem with bugs in my home. I never knew where they were coming from, but after hiring professionals they found the source of the problem. Once they took care of it, I haven't seen any bugs in my home ever since. It was so nice to finally be able to enjoy my home and not worry about being eaten alive.

Do not use this company – I did an online enquiry at 11:00pm and got a call in 10 minutes. The young guy turned up to my house in the timeframe provided. He stood on a ladder and said there were mouse dropping and there needed to be baits placed. He stood on a ladder and threw 17 baits around the roof. not mention nor remove!! I though I had used this company 2.5 years ago but clearly not the case - either bought out or using the same company name. The invoice was from a Top Solution Services ABN:73 517 894 664.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking! – I booked to have rats and mice dealt with. Quoted $350. Cost $500 and the operator stood over me while I transferred the money. The 3 soft baits were taken that night. Over the next few nights the MOUSE stations DISAPPEARED, BUT THE RATS WERE STILL PLENTIFUL. No rat stations were set. I've been trying to contact them through a maze of phone numbers and call centres.

Warning this business is a scam – The service provided costed more than quoted. It was not a pest service. The problem was not treated. The payment was required as direct transfer not credit card as advertised. They do not return my calls, emails and will not provide the owners details. This has been going on since November.

TAFE is University. Came to Australia as a TAFE student to become a chef , he is not terribly bright . What the guy [Name Removed] had assured me of did not occur . The call centre seems to be based in India.

Do not use! – In relation to the Canberra Branch. We were quoted between 300 and 350 for the job, ended up paying 400. The job was not performed as outlined by the particular service on the website. work completed have not been successful. One call to their complaint manager resulted in that individual yelling at me and telling me to go to Fair Trading. These people are not aware of the Australian Consumer Law and the rights afforded to me under it. I had to engage a subsequent pest controller to finish the job. I was advised by that individual the bait placement previously used was unsafe and potentially illegal as it was quite easily accessible should a possum get into the roof. Very disappointed and will be spreading the word about this company.

Absolute scam. Do not use – The guy arrived an hour and a half late, called me half an hour after the booked time to tell this. He then charged me and thought I had left but I was still in the garage when he left 2 minutes after I had so obviously had done nothing. Do not use.

Useless – Useless service, do not waste money on this company. Expensive and useless. They charged me much more than what’s being said on the phone, it’s basically a scam lol. (They said $300 but they charged nearly $600)

what he was doing, it was too late. I actually don't even know if he did anything. He then proceeded to charge me double what I initially was quoted due to the "specialised products" he had to use - and when I asked for an invoice he said I had to pay directly over the phone - I wasn't comfortable with this but still stupidly gave out my credit card details. They said they would email the invoice and after asking several times for it over several days - nothing has arrived. The company on my credit card statement is SK Cleaning Services and when I googled the business name there were many many reviews saying this was a complete scam. Apparently the names Ron, Mark, Sam are used over and over and under different business names. The customer service line is answered by different Indian people who never give out the business name and just say "yeah?". A COMPLETE SCAM - I feel so stupid!!!!

Dodgy as - DO NOT USE – They sprayed my place a month ago, we have more spiders and cockroaches than we did before. I called up they told me I have no warranty (not what they said when they first did the job), I told them I would report them to the department of fair trading. I got a phone call from them that just said "screw you brother, you are not getting a refund"

Don't waste your money! – We were ripped off for $440 for them to misdiagnose our parasite problem and spray a little chemical around. We were forced to bring in some one else for control of our problem.
