portions are great and sometimes we even have leftovers. I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to improve their nutrition and save on takeaway meals!

Use these boxes weekly, meals for 2 persons for 5 meals, 10 serves. Recipes are varied and mixed. Recipe cards are easy to follow. IF any ingredients are missing (only once) or have gone off (on a few occasions) once the support yeam have been notified, I have got a refund applied to my next box. Very poor customer service - their delivery contractors sent me multiple emails about a 'rejected delivery location' - even after consulting marley spoon staff that assured me the issue was resolved i recieved another rejected location email and thought the order would not come so had to frantically meal prep over a saturday. arriving but I had already spent extra on food and the customer service team offered no help or compensation. On top of that the meals contain protein that is highly fatty and rubbery - I could not even eat the chicken. Definitely do not recommend.

Looked into using this service and found it too expensive. Cancelled the subscription. 6 months later they decided to renew the subscription and take money from my account. Not impressed

Not worth the stress of tracking your money and meals really. I wanted to find a quality meal service that took the stress out of the daily dinner fight. everything I need for the fortnight. Vegetable quality is below standard after three days most of your vege will be not worth using, bruised enough to make you question how packing happens and whether the local soccer team is handling that task. Hunting around in your delivery box to try and find that elusive sauce or seasoning packet only to realise it's not in there when it's crucial to that specific recipe is frustrating. Waiting for your delivery to arrive after the first few times it gets thrown at your door or left somewhere else at a different address is an anxiety heavy, emotionally fraught experience. Worst of all is walking out to get your box and finding it has been thrown, yes literally thrown because HDS driver of choice is having a bad day, or they can't work out how to drive down a driveway so they either drop your delivery on the road or mark it as addressed incorrectly and you end up with nothing. As a final salvo in helping you decide if this meal delivery kit is worth the price, stress or however you determine value I get my meal kit Saturday morning every week I am expected to pay for it Tuesday every week and that's when they don't grab the money on Sunday or Monday.

Signed up via an Instagram ad expecting a one-off box. Their payment flow is misleading, you enter payment details just to view the menu, which secretly locks you into a weekly subscription without clear consent. I cancelled immediately, but they still charged me and refused a refund. They rely on tricking customers rather than selling a good product. Avoid completely.

I Ordered 3 meals as part of an introductory offer to try. One of those meals included a beef mince for a 'Pork' spaghetti. The beef quality was even below the 3 star beef you would buy at Woollies or Coles. A spaghetti packet was opened and looked like someone had removed part of the packet to make it the serving size that I purchased. Quality of vegetables was questionable and not that fresh. Plus if I did order I would order for 2 weeks so surprised I only had a couple of meals. I thought whatever will never order from them in the future. Then I had another debit on Saturday with delivery this week. Again I did not order this. I rang today to find out what’s going on and I’ve signed up to a subscription apparently. This I would definitely not have done as I actually normally order from Lite & Easy. They said it’s too late to cancel so they won’t refund this week’s order. Terrible customer service.

After still not recieving the order and countless emails and waiting on the phone they then informed me that they do not deliver to our area WTH. Get you act together MS. Not a good experience!

This was hands down the worst meal I’ve ever received from Marley Spoon. The food arrived frozen and tasteless, making it completely inedible. There was no flavor at all, and it felt like they didn’t care about quality. I cannot believe a company charges for food that’s basically disgusting. I will never order from Marley Spoon again unless they completely fix their standards.

I have purchased meal plans for one. It was advertised as 14 meals. I have received 9 fROZEN meals and ingredients to cook. Frozen meals are not tasty at all. . I would not by Marley Spoon again. Show details

Requires signing up for a subscription before being able to view the products. I was not satisfied so looked to their help section on how to cancel my account. I followed the instructions. This was all within 20 mins. However two days later was charged for a box I did not even select. It's a subscription scam.

auto-selected the meals (that I didn't choose) and charged my account. Granted, they did issue a credit to my account when I complained, but then the same thing happened the following week. WHY would you charge the account if the cart is empty?? And if you're going to auto-add meals and charge for them, why wouldn't you at least order the same meals that the customer selected last time? So again this week I'm going to receive meals I didn't choose, one of which I can't even eat due to allergy selections that the website didn't retain.

I’m extremely disappointed with Marley Spoon. The meals are mediocre considering the price, and my most recent order wasn’t delivered at all. I’ve sent multiple emails (around five) asking for someone to contact me, but I haven’t received any response. At this point I have no food and no refund. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.
