Hi we also have a vanguard that is peeling, what can be done it looks terrible also some one else mentioned the lack of cooking power the stove has but said they had fixed it but not how? Apart from that we love it and have been away in it 15 times in 18months.

Hello :) we have just purchased the 2019 vandguard camper which we love but are having trouble finding a cooker that fits into the kitchen cut out we want one they fits snug as a bug any suggestions would be great thankyou !

Dune 2 burner plus grill, fits and is a much better option than the Gasmate that comes with the trailer new!!

Are all metal seams full welded and not "spot welded or tack welded" ...

Hi Colin, The camper is composed of many different types of welded joints making use of different welding techniques. The most common welds on the camper are Seam Welds, for corner, edge and T joints. We recommend a visual inspection of our trailers so you can verify the welding quality of our latest products

Are Mars campers completely made of Australian material especially chasis

Hi Peter, No, the Mars Campers range of camper trailers are all made in China. They are designed, prototyped and tested in Australia. Once we finalise the development stage, we send the plans to our factory in China. There we reproduce the parts following Australian Design Rules, these parts are shipped back to Melbourne or Brisbane where we do the final assembly of the Camper Trailers.

Since there is some prejudice and miss information about Chinese manufactured goods, we implemented 5 years structural warranty to provide peace of mind for those concerned about the quality and durability of the product.

We are very proud of our standards and never had major issues with our products whilst other less reputable cheaper imports and Australian Made Campers have even been forced into "voluntary recalls".
