Furniture does not last – I bought a couch from Matt Blatt a year and a half ago and after a year there was a very large indent in the couch. Not sure if they use sub standard springs but they should last longer than a year. A couch is meant to be sat on but apparently not Matt Blatt couches. Omission of vital information by Matt Blatt – Sales staff friendly prior to purchase. Perfect table! – The staff were so helpful!! We bought a table before we moved into our townhouse, which was far too big for the space. Matt Blatt Fortitude Valley were so understanding and let us pick a new table which was swapped over with the large one. We are very grateful!

First purchase ever and disappointed – Impressed with speedy ordering and delivery. Highly disappointed with quality of sofa bed. Took over an hour to fix on arms with poorly aligned holes. Lining in this area disgraceful with clear visibility of nails sticking out everywhere on split frame at joins. placement bodged with random screws. Lining at back had staples hanging out and not even banged in properly. Asked for a full refund. Will see what happens. Cannot see this lasting very long. Creaks as sit on it let alone lie on it!

Great Service – We bought the Norse sofa while still waiting for delivery and not long after it went on special. I felt a bit silly but phoned explained and without hesitation our price was reduced. our credit card was credited the difference. I am glad of the opportunity to let people know that although others may have had a negative experience my wife and I are grateful for the ease of sorting out our issue was. I would also add the sofa is very comfortable and looks great.

Helpful staff - delivered as promised – Bought a great eclectic sideboard/shelf. Love it. Bit of a mission to assemble and maybe an option to pay for this could be considered. Planning to buy again. We visited Fortitude Valley store in Brisbane in November 2016.

Absolutely happy with their customer service – Joshua at Fortitude Valley is very professional and well-trained. He tried his best to provide me with the best possible service I have ever experienced. His service is absolutely gold compared to bad customer experience at Nick Scalli Fortitude Valley. They should have learnt from Josh how to make customers happy.

beautiful, it works and the quality and finish is far more premium than Replica Furniture. I won't look to buy any replica furniture from anyone but Matt Blatt.

Fantastic service and on time delivery – Fantastic service from David at the Fortitude Valley Showroom. He helped me with colours and design and I ended up with a style that I didn't intend. The delivery was on time. correct and the the service from the delivery guys were fine. I little disappointed that I can't return any items locally - they need to go back to Sydney. Although David did put on the invoice that I could return the floor rug locally.
