These people are absolute scammers. Do NOT buy anything from them. I bought a 3-liter kettle through the Kogan platform, and after a delayed delivery, I received a tiny, cheap 1.5-liter kettle that has nothing to do with what was advertised. I’ve tried every possible way to return it and get my money back, but they keep lying and pretending that this is what they sold.

I’m not letting them get away with this fraud. I will take every legal action necessary to get my money back and expose them for the scammers they are. I have clear photo and video evidence proving this is a scam, and I will use it wherever necessary.

This happened through Kogan, and I seriously warn others: stay away from these sellers and be extremely cautious on platforms like Kogan. I refuse to be cheated and stay silent.

What rubbish I think they are having a laugh, this is absurd and regardless the unit doesn't work. I have asked repeatedly for the return address and they won't provide return details and have not responded to my request for a replacement. Money wasted!

I purchased a supposedly white pot plant. 5 tier stand it was actually grey the enamel was chipped in many places when I put in my complaint they offered me $10 refund and said I could keep the stand lol dah I actually paid for it so ? a ridiculous suggestion the $10 they offered me would have been the postage I paid bad customer service will never order from this site again certainly was NOT worth the long wait for it to be delivered..

I was the required to try different charging cables and chargers notwithstanding I had done so including the original charging cable for the lamp that did work. From November until 10 December nothing happened unless I initiated contact. The "under investigation" replies continued. On 11 December I was informed a replacement was on the way. On 31 December I received 2, unannounced, charging cables. On 2 January I was asked for more video evidence for examination using the new cables. Enough.

 Follow-up  · The company "reached out" (an infuriating phrase) for resolution. The same hoops to jump through and I decided life was too short to be bothered with the whole business. You have to draw a line sometimes especially since the vendor and customer service provider is the same company = Kogan.

01.10.25. Each time they respond it is to advise they are escalating . They only thing they are escalating is their navel gazing; they are the worst provider in the market. DON’T BUY FROM THEM and remember Kogan owns them

 Follow-up  · After much agitation and telling them I would lodge a complaint with the ACCC and AFCA they gave me a refund. They left me with the damaged goods which I had rectified by a tradesman.

Communication was great, parcel was quick – I found Matt Blatt to be fast and the communication was excellent regarding updates on my parcel. I was shopping for a particular cosmetic that has been discontinued in stores and found it on here. view on my doorstep (theft is common where I live). On the Matt Blatt order page it is still sitting on PAID - NOT in transit, NOT delivered. I have tried to simply report this to Matt Blatt (now Kogan) for their reference about their choice of carrier, but the 'contact us' page is a USELESS tick this box style, not workable for this sort of complaint. So here I am, giving an unpleasant review. Follow up with the seller and the carrier, Matt Blatt!!! And fix my order page while you are at it.

Owned by Kogan now, no good. Purchased a curtain rod and after months of chasing the chinese shipping company, was told it would never arrive? Post office said they had never heard of the shipping company (Melb) - then finally got a refund which was the only positive experience.

at all from their customer department, however when I finally relented and accepted the partial refund (something which I have never seen before) they agreed ! however, I’m still waiting for my money and it’s been more than the guaranteed eight days for the refund to be processed. The most frustrating thing is, you can never actually speak to anyone. It’s all done by email. The only thing to do is make an official complaint to a higher entity, which I will do if I don’t get my refund. I can see some customers are satisfied with their products and if I only bought one table, I would’ve been happy too. So my advice is it’s a gamble.!

returns process, and since then, I have heard nothing back.

It has been over a week with no further communication, which is completely unacceptable, especially given this is time sensitive. Not only will it take time to return the mattress, but I will also need to reorder a new one through their site, as refunds are not offered and only store credit is provided.

This delay is incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially as I am due to give birth any day now and still do not have a proper mattress to sleep on. This situation has been handled very poorly. Matt Blatt, you need to do better.

They directed me an email address of a person from China who supplied the SWIFF leaf blower to Matt Blatt and of course that person won’t respond to me!
