Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
I bought the Molly dining and coffee tables in store and had them delivered to my home. I decided to go ahead with assembling the two tables and had a lot of trouble. When I made the purchase in store, I was advised that it would be super easy to put together and it would simply be a matter of screwing the legs on the table.
Getting the wooden legs connected for both of the tables was extremely difficult. They would get stuck and it was impossible for me to push them down on my own. I then called the customer service line to ask for help and ...spoke to someone. When I explained that there may be something faulty with the legs not fitting on properly - he advised that I should fill in the warranty form, take some pictures and send it in - after which they would assess it and let me know next steps. I advised him that we were just around the corner from Christmas and I could not have a half made dining and coffee table just hanging around in my living room while they assessed my issue and decided how to proceed. Even if it was decided that the tables should be picked up and returned, it could take a couple of weeks for all of that to happen. When I said this, instead of being sympathetic to my issue and providing me with some customer service solution, the person I spoke to was extremely rude. He responded with "Well, what do you think we should do about it? Give us a better solution if you have one. Sometimes things are faulty - nothing we can do about it." When I suggested dropping it off at the showroom, he responded with, "Well, what are they going to do about it? They're just a showroom". In the end he agreed that it was ok for me to drop it at the showroom. Given how heavy the glass is, and how much effort it would be for me to take it back to the showroom, I decided to call in a carpenter to fix the tables myself. The carpenter was able to more or less put the tables together but even he remarked how difficult it was and that it would have been impossible for me to do it myself. I would never ever recommend Matt Blatt to anyone.

I bought 3 beds and one table in Oakleigh store, and I asked for delivery and assembling service. When I purchased the products they said they would deliver and assemble beds first as they don't have table in stock at that moment. I was fine with that.
