A last minute decision that paid off! – At 8 months pregnant, I decided to get the MCMP fitted and used it for our newborn. Comfortable, safe, easy to use! Worth the money! We attached it to our pram and it was just so easy and flawless! The magnetic belt buckle holders are life changing! Will definitely be back again for another capsule from Maxi-Cosi for Bub #2. We drive a 2021 Rav 4 and still had enough room for the front passenger seat to be used. Show details · 1

school day I have to get three kids onto the driveway and buckled into the car safely while my partner is at work. By getting bub into the capsule inside the house, I can carry it to the car and hold the toddler's hand to walk to the car and the eldest can walk to the car herself. Then I can set the capsule down next to me on the driveway while I get my toddler into his carseat, click the capsule into the capsule base, and then my eldest climbs in last and buckles herself in. One trip to the car, everyone is safe, and we get out to school on time. And don't even get me started on how much easier it makes getting the kids out and about on the weekends! Aside from all of this the features I also enjoy are the magnets that gets the harness out of the way, how light and easy to use it is, the Air Protect head protection for their soft little head, and how compatible it is with so many different prams.

car so it's a bit of a tight fit for the front passenger but I presume that would be the case for most capsules anyway.
The customer service from Maxi Cosi is also A+ I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality capsule that is easy to use.
Absolute need- $ – My baby falls asleep in it instantly once in the car and will stay asleep till I wake him, he loves it. Great capsule and base! Rented from Maxi Cosi direct – Excellent base and capsule. Well made and easy to get in and out of the car and onto the pram. Good quality parts. Isofix made the install very easy however I imagine the non isofix one wouldn't be too difficult. couple of times it's really straight forward. Carry handle works well. My wife was a fan of the magnets on the side to hold the straps out of the way while you stow the baby.
We ordered this as a six month rental from Maxi Cosi (direct from their website) which in my opinion is the way to go for newborns. It was delivered promptly in excellent condition. It's cheaper than buying it outright and makes sure that capsules get the proper use. If you are having more kids then maybe you want to buy one but I would be tempted to rent it each time. The return is handled easily with a printed label so save the packaging and send it back or extend the rental as necessary. Highly recommend this service!
Definitely lives up to its ‘Maxi-Cosi’ name! – So happy with our choice in capsule!! Wish we purchased it for our 1st baby! – We have absolutely loved our Mico Plus Capsule! We purchased it when due with our second baby and then wish we purchased it for our 1st, as it made life so much easier! manageable. Going to appointments is stress-free as I can just carry the capsule in without lugging the pram out of the boot and setting it up. With that said though, the capsule is compatible with my Uppababy Vista pram so I always have that option to use the pram as well. Also, the fabric is easily removable and washable. Highly recommend!

little pieces of fibres coming out of it ♀️the release buttons you have to push them down while you pull off from the stroller not ideal especially after birth also found the base to be so big and bulky compared to the Britax one I used for first born

Makes life with 2 kids much easier! – So glad we hired this for our second bub. Being able to go straight from car to pram made daycare drop offs with a 2 year old so much easier. And fantastic for quick trips to the supermarket, bubs would stay asleep the whole time. Seat was easy to put in/out of the car, which we did daily. Great choice for new baby – When bub was born we need to take him around for appointments and check-ups pretty much a few times a week, later on we made a decision to rent a baby capsule, which is the best way to handle little baby during their first few months of life, especially when the weather is cold. I found it mostly for convenience, it’s not designed for baby to sleep for long period of time, but if you need to take bub around often it’s really recommended. Show reply

Excellent, safe and simple product – We hired this direct from Maxi Cosi as a much more practical option than buying for only 6 months worth of use. The item came quickly and also included a headrest mirror attachment so we can see the big-guy in the rear view mirror. So simple – I was very impressed with the service and the seat works really well. Makes everything so much more simple doing the car seat this way. Bubs was very comfortable within the seat for a few long trips. Installed the seat myself which was very straight forward and then getting the capsule in and out works well. Comfy, safe and convenient – Our twin boys loved their capsules. They always slept so well in the car and pram in them. They were super easy to click in and out, and the hire process was flawless.
