I was in the drive through of Bella Vista Lexington Drive MacDonalds today and was waiting and noticed orders were taken from the other lane came way after me . When I approached the window and asked why this has happended their answer was by mistake and were never apologetic and even threatened me they call police if I don’t move What a pathetic service ?
McDonald's Kwinana Have to be the worst store in Australia staff are belligerent and rude also pretty useless. person calling the orders wasn’t calling out the order numbers they would just leave your order and push it to the front! We feel sorry for the chip!! This was our 2nd disturbance at this particular McDonalds and we hope they do better next time we visit them for a better review!!

Ordered a cheeseburger and received it without the bun. The chips were cold and soggy. Mistakes can happen, but it was disappointing to receive an incomplete meal and food that clearly wasn't fresh.

Ordered breakfast meals from Delaheys McDonald's.. bagels were hard and found a hair in it, chicken muffin was dry, mighty McMuffin wasn't even a mighty, chicken muffin was dry and burnt, ordered a peppermint tea and got a green tea.. this is terrible really disappointed in this restaurant and the workers that cooked can't even cook muffins and it looked like it just got reheated.. not happy at all.. All because my friend was saying to me “Pleaseeeeeeeuhhhhh I want my ice cream” She has a loud voice and it is a bit hard to control it. Anyways, she was saying “a child is screaming out for their order, they will get last priority.” Which they didn’t mean to scream and they left shortly after. Then I was there waiting another 5-7 minutes and kept staring at me, I am very shy btw and have extreme social anxiety. This is very disappointing and she deserves a punishment. Complaint sent to head office that morning, recieved an email to say theyd get back to me withing 2-4 days, 8 days later and no reply. Not surprised, they obviously have no respect for each other or customers. This sort of behavior starts at the top.
Follow-up · Food was avarage. The store a dozen or so people in it. Bloke next to me seemed shocked, looked at the staff member swearing, looked at me to see if id heard what he was hearing I then stepped forward to say something. No one else interveined as after i said something the staff member told me to f-off and imeadiately walked away. I have two of the bystanders contact details. Unfortunately Macdonads have not responded to any emails.

Follow-up · The next visit was slightly better. The day after the warm coffee, I told them the coffee was barely warm. I shouldn't have to tell them to make sure my coffee is hot. I am happy for my coffee to cool down before I drink it.

rang the store that I purchased it from the lady took down my details and told me to come in the next day to collect it. Went in the next day and there it was my meal, friends figurine, big mac, sweet n sour sauces and free chips and large coke and an apology from the manager. Well done to the workers for being honest about a genuine mistake! Hats off to the employees too they were very kind and helpful aswell.

My husband and I had the most discusting breakfast of bacon and egg mcmuffin. You can honestly say the muffin was the size of a jazz biscuot but this is not the first time.What is more disgusting is a multi billion dollar business takes customers money and gives them half the product and to top it off you ask for a chicken and cheese burger expecting to get a slice of cheese where in actual you get a quarter of the slice.
Might sound petty for cost of product but seriously the Ham & Cheese Pocket Wrap have gotten that small with next to nothing inside . At the Forrestdale drive-thru yesterday, the staff member shouted at us simply for looking over to see if she was ready to take payment. We had kids in the car. That is unacceptable. better elsewhere for a slighlty heigher cost. @mcdonalds Aus.... Learn from your French counterparts... You get what you pay for and enjoy the meal...
