McDonald's in Clarkson WA service is terrible. No table service. When you get your order you have to wait a long time for your coffee. The meal is cold when you get your coffee. Ordered a cheeseburger and received it without the bun. The chips were cold and soggy. Mistakes can happen, but it was disappointing to receive an incomplete meal and food that clearly wasn't fresh.

person calling the orders wasn’t calling out the order numbers they would just leave your order and push it to the front! We feel sorry for the chip!! This was our 2nd disturbance at this particular McDonalds and we hope they do better next time we visit them for a better review!!

Ordered breakfast meals from Delaheys McDonald's.. bagels were hard and found a hair in it, chicken muffin was dry, mighty McMuffin wasn't even a mighty, chicken muffin was dry and burnt, ordered a peppermint tea and got a green tea.. this is terrible really disappointed in this restaurant and the workers that cooked can't even cook muffins and it looked like it just got reheated.. not happy at all.. Food was cold. Why do you make my order when I order and the driver for pickup doesn’t get there for half an hour which means I get an expensive cold meal. Surely you would get it ready when the driver arrives. We can’t use the drive through at Whitfords anymore as our truck can’t fit under the low roof and pipes hence delivery. All because my friend was saying to me “Pleaseeeeeeeuhhhhh I want my ice cream” She has a loud voice and it is a bit hard to control it. Anyways, she was saying “a child is screaming out for their order, they will get last priority.” Which they didn’t mean to scream and they left shortly after. Then I was there waiting another 5-7 minutes and kept staring at me, I am very shy btw and have extreme social anxiety. This is very disappointing and she deserves a punishment. Also the place is very messy, very badly managed and poorly cleaned. Absolutely shocked on how rude she was.

I ordered a milo shake from Maccas.. this is what i got .. in my delivery.. rang them.. said pic not good enough to prove this is what i got..Share please to warn people on ordering this. No online orders allowed on website. Either have to buy a smartphone to download app and order, or buy a car or bus to drive all the way to a store. At 9pm on a Friday, no other way to eat a Macca burger.

behaviour. When I asked for clarification about an order, I was shouted at. Later, I was yelled at again in front of customers and multiple other drivers and told to leave the store with no clear explanation. On returning the next day for a pickup, I was refused service despite showing the correct order details, and a staff member laughed at me. This behaviour was witnessed by others in the store, which made the situation even more inappropriate and humiliating. At all times I remained calm and respectful — I was simply trying to do my job. This level of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. It also directly impacts delivery drivers’ ability to work. Management needs to urgently address how staff are interacting with drivers at this location.

 Follow-up  · Totally unprofessional and disrespectful from managers no to address a serious matter, never been contacted, management did intervene in the or asked for more details. I am not surprised that happened and McDonald's staff or manager in charge can have such behaviour, eventually they know there are not rules in their workplace and they don't care of a CEO, otherwise McDonald's warnbro wouldn't have such bad reviews.

The McDonald's mcCrispy dunked sticky Korean BBQ burger is inedible. Too spicy for any normal person to safely consume. No warnings on the posters or their menu about the burger being spicy at all.

 Follow-up  · I couldn't taste anything because the spice was so much, couldn't taste much for 2 days after. Typical processed meat texture you would expect from McDonald's. It was extremely difficult to eat, I had to throw away most of the burger. Very sad, waste of money.

Maccas, WHAT A JOKE. I'm generally not a fan of maccas but their Angus burger with bearnaise and crispy onions looked good so I thought I would try it. Went to 3 different Maccas and everyone said its unavailable. THEN WHY ADVERTISE IT IF IT IS UNAVAILABLE. Just reaffirmed my opinion of maccas.

 Follow-up  · It was still on the menu but the said they had run out of the sauce.

rang the store that I purchased it from the lady took down my details and told me to come in the next day to collect it. Went in the next day and there it was my meal, friends figurine, big mac, sweet n sour sauces and free chips and large coke and an apology from the manager. Well done to the workers for being honest about a genuine mistake! Hats off to the employees too they were very kind and helpful aswell.

it was Ruddy Vanilla!!!! FFS!! and the chips tasted like there was 0 salt and where dry as all hell!! and the sauce they put on the Korean burger was so sticky it forced me to go to the bathroom to wash my hands!! and even then my hands where still sticky! dont waste your money on this artificial trash, I felt quite ill afterwards, it's always dissapointing going there. Woodbine Staff and DoorDash Staff were able to see your requested special instructions, the order arrived COLD, and beyond incomplete inclusive of fries and all sauces. I once ordered McDonalds and never did so again as a very similar situation occurred. I have since picked up my own food and repeatedly driven through the drive-thru multiple times as Woodbine McDonalds staff without mistake make repeated errors on every single order every single time. However due to extremely unfortunate circumstances and an immediate death within my home, we are unable to drive.

However after researching online I’m informed due to your affiliated alliance there will be no such errors.

I attempted to contact the driver and they blamed McDonalds. I Attempted to call McDonalds Woodbine and they told me DoorDash would come fix the error. DoorDash admin and driver both defer the issue to McDonalds, and McDonalds defer to DoorDash. Even better, I got a partial refund for cold food and the ability to forgo eating tonight as there unfortunately isn’t even bread in my house. If I were smarter I would have had a reliable service like Woolworths deliver despite the obscene charges.

My children have eaten my food after I had to disgrace it by heating it up.

No thank you I do not want a ‘voucher’ that will expire. I would like two professional organisations, to actually ensure their staff perform their jobs instead of blaming the other.

Yes I have photos, screenshots and videos of everything as I unfortunately am very qualified in cultural negligence in the workplace.
