items. firstly, the terms and conditions they have quoted does not specify my purchase is not qualified, but every time service team just copy and paste and wording without investigations. they work for Maccas service team and customer is relying on their information, at least they should provide correct information. otherwise, i believe a robot will do their copy and paste job. most important, i have purchased same items before and system sent me confirmation email for bonus points achieved which is an evidence showing my purchased items is qualified. but mcdonald's customer service team refuse to take service team's responsibilities to help and still providing incorrect information to close this matter. very bad experience, mcdonald's customer service team should review this matter if they are really want to providing 'customer service' job.

You know it. I know it. Australia knows it. The world knows it. See - the thing about every single demographic is this - many people might be st^pid - but paradoxically - at the same time - no one is st^pid.

Everyone knows a loss of value and quality and service when they experience it. The corporate choices that have been made over the years have permanently severed the trust that McDonalds had with its customer base. Forget the health concerns, the supply controversies, the fair wage scandals - the very proposition that made McDonalds has been stripped away and what is left is a shadow. If there was a hope that younger generations would continue to provide revenue after older customers who have experienced so much better have lost all faith - that has been very ill-considered. Messages always pass on down, as oral tradition always has. McDonalds is finished. And the last decade of execs sealed that deal. You really screwed up, guys.

No one is lovin it. Rest in peace McDonalds. We miss what once was. This current iteration is only a very poor facimile - the fast food version of AI slop.

rang the store that I purchased it from the lady took down my details and told me to come in the next day to collect it. Went in the next day and there it was my meal, friends figurine, big mac, sweet n sour sauces and free chips and large coke and an apology from the manager. Well done to the workers for being honest about a genuine mistake! Hats off to the employees too they were very kind and helpful aswell.

IT IS HORRIBLE!! do not go maccas I ordered a 6 nugget medium meal for my child the drink being sprite. When I had gotten our food we drove home to eat it. since we had not ordered a fish burger. We go back into the bag trying to find the nuggets to find nothing. We ringed them up my child sad and they said we could get a refund and stay at home or go up and get it replaced. I was upset as it was there mistake not ours and we had to go up and get what was our order so we demanded it to be ordered to our house because it was there mistake and they were having none of it. Over all it was so bad never getting maccas for my child AGAIN!!!

Absolutely appalling. This has to be one of the worst-run McDonald's I've ever dealt with. The quality control is non-existent, and it's obvious management has no idea what's going on. refund. Customer service was frustrating from start to finish. The fact that staff can't consistently prepare an order correctly says a lot about the lack of training and supervision. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every bag before leaving or chase a refund because basic standards aren't being met. If you value your time or expect to receive the food you actually paid for, I'd avoid this store. There are plenty of places that can manage the bare minimum—this McDonald's clearly can't.

On entering Maccas- Cooma NSW yesterday 2/7/26 was dirty rubbish on the floors and bins overflowing, chairs everywhere, tables dirty, the toilets filthy and as very bad smell, entry doors slamming and wind and debris flowing in.
