been so damming and public if the Maccas feed back page was a bit more user friendly. Im a firm believer of giving a company honest feed back to give them the oppotunity to correct the issue if they can however having to submit my life story prior to submitting feedback showed me that they are probably more interested in sending me spam mail than listening to customer complaints. Im sure asking for personal details should be a customers choice and could be submitted at the end of the review..

nugget sauce was missing. He even offered me 20 dollars. I didnt take the $20 although he was persistent but told him 20 min was not good enough and left. I can only guess the reasoning was due to the social gathering he had in the "closed" dining hall. Possibly even other off duty staff? Not sure. Half a dozen girls and a couple of guys walking in and out. Distracted by socialising perhaps but to wait 20 min was not flash.

All because my friend was saying to me “Pleaseeeeeeeuhhhhh I want my ice cream” She has a loud voice and it is a bit hard to control it. Anyways, she was saying “a child is screaming out for their order, they will get last priority.” Which they didn’t mean to scream and they left shortly after. No online orders allowed on website. Either have to buy a smartphone to download app and order, or buy a car or bus to drive all the way to a store. At 9pm on a Friday, no other way to eat a Macca burger.

than others. I know some kids like to fling their pickles around but seriously, if there are dried pickles on the walls or ceiling that's a staff/management issue. Now this is what's prompted me to write this review. Drive through for the last 9 or 10 times has been way less than what I expect. Burgers with missing sauce and pickles and measly amounts of onion ruining your experience with the false expectations in the advertising pictures. They really need to fix that issue. Put a good amount of what is supposed to be on them and maybe don't wrap the burgers up so tightly so it looks more like it's advertising picture. Also, I've noticed for the past 4 or 5 months the drive through service is manned by people that are cold, (broken) robot-like things. (Actually, if they had robots it would be better especially if they programmed them to say please and thank you.) No please and thank yous. I think they've worked too much in/on a conveyor-like job that they treat the customers as objects like the food they work with now rather than living human customers looking for something convenient and nice to eat as part of a happy day. McDonald's have been ruining my days lately. :o(
Follow-up · This is a follow-up to let you guys know how McDonald's have been lately. Last $2 burger I got had a little tiny bit of sauce and 1 pickle slice on it. So it was pretty dry and to me worth about $1. I have not been back unless other people in the car are going to a McDonald's.
Once again upon trying to get my skim latte at Brisbane Airport i find this outlet does not stock skim milk any longer. Every time I visit. Is this just bad management or is something else going on? Regardless ... Soul Origin now has my business

Called in to Mudgee McDonalds for breakfast, stood at counter waiting to be served. Young girl was to busy on her mobile phone to even notice I was there. Walked out and found a more friendly place for breakfast.
Follow-up · The answer to readers questions about my review. 1. No it was not busy. 2. No I did not try self-serve, I don't use them. 3. I only waited for a minute. The point is I should not have to wait to be served whilst staff are using their mobile phone for personal use.

rang the store that I purchased it from the lady took down my details and told me to come in the next day to collect it. Went in the next day and there it was my meal, friends figurine, big mac, sweet n sour sauces and free chips and large coke and an apology from the manager. Well done to the workers for being honest about a genuine mistake! Hats off to the employees too they were very kind and helpful aswell.

I ordered a toastie and it took them 20 minutes to make when I finally got it it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted, so I asked the politely to reheat/toast it again , it took them 15 minutes to do that. The McDonald's mcCrispy dunked sticky Korean BBQ burger is inedible. Too spicy for any normal person to safely consume. No warnings on the posters or their menu about the burger being spicy at all.

in front of customers and multiple other drivers and told to leave the store with no clear explanation. On returning the next day for a pickup, I was refused service despite showing the correct order details, and a staff member laughed at me. This behaviour was witnessed by others in the store, which made the situation even more inappropriate and humiliating. At all times I remained calm and respectful — I was simply trying to do my job. This level of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. It also directly impacts delivery drivers’ ability to work. Management needs to urgently address how staff are interacting with drivers at this location.
