Frustrating – I purchased soap for my sister and am still waiting for it weeks later wether it's the courier,s I suggested not to use these curiers as they not professional I certainly won't be buying any thing else from you guys and will be claiming a full refund and if they try to wriggle out of giving me one I'll notify my bank but the customer service girl was loverly the only bright part of any of this.

The website is selling artificial/counterfeit Embryolisse products and deliberately makes the return process difficult/impossible (doesn’t accept if the product has been opened, which you need to do in order to check the product). In the picture I’ve uploaded, the product on the right hand side is the genuine product, the others are what I purchased from MedCart.

Paid for products after 10 days without delivery and increased the price – I ordered & Paid for Cod liver oils after 10 days I got emails said Out of stock but when I checked in the Medcart website, it was in stock but the price was higher. So I had to order again in higher price.
I would give zero stars if possible – It took 7-weeks to receive rapid tests, by that time they were readily available in any pharmacy. ones ordered. Customer service took weeks to respond and when they did they wanted me to go out of my way (and at my own expense) to post back the incorrect tests to issue a refund for their error. If the company makes a mistake then they wear the cost, it's as simple as that. Definitely would not recommend.

Medcart firstly sent an updated tracking record showing delivery tracking with it out for delivery at 8.57am and delivered 12.44pm, which is probably accurate but these updates were not reflected on the tracking records accessed online at 3.20pm. The tracking details appear to have been updated later, following my first communication to Medcart. It was left that Medcart "intend to address your (my) concern thoroughly and transparently" and I responded that I looked forward to hearing back how things go addressing the issue with the supplier and courier company. Almost 3 weeks later I have heard nothing further. Medcart's post sales service has, in my experience, been disappointing to say the least.
Still haven't got my P2 masks – ı ordered 3 boxes of 3m aura P2 masks on Dec 8th and still haven't got my masks. got covid last week waiting for my masks to arrive. & when contacted medcart they said ı could contact the courier who don't have any phone number or the 3rd party seller who supplier the masks. ı had bought them from medcart thinking they were a reputable seller but obviously not.

Value for money – Bought X4 pack of COVID tests with an expiry Dec 2025. So much cheaper than in most other stores. Usually when they are on sale it's because the expiry is running out. Would definitely buy from medcart again. Delivery was within a week as well.
