They send you junk mail in the package? – Postage was much slower than expected, slower than competitors. Company includes "junk mail" promotions for things like overpriced low-quality alcohol in the package for some reason? Won't be buying from them again as a result of the junk mail, it feels really inappropriate.

Do not order if you are trying to run a business! Delivery takes forever! 3 weeks and still waiting! – Not what you want as a business ordering stationery! Always slow but I am still waiting for an order I placed 3 weeks ago. How do they expect a business to run when you use them for office supplies? I have had to go to officeworks to buy envelopes to get us through until our order arrives. Honestly pointless. Just order from another supplier!

Product is fine, the delivery was a disaster – I've just had the most frustrating experience with Aramex. For some unknown reason the delivery was not made and there was no advice how how to retrieve it. Won't be using Mega again if Aramex are involved with the delivery.

Unreliable – I order a couple of things . No news about my order, so I email them to see what was going on. The reply was that I have to wait another 2 o 3 weeks. Before my email no apology or information about delay or anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Quick to take your money, Slow to deliver – Ordered and paid on 8th March; Picked-n-packed for delivery on 18th for dispatch; Delivered 5:00pm 25th March. If this is synonymous of their business standard, they will likely be out of business by this time next year.

Some of their Customer Service people are good and deserve better than the slovenly business driver people who obviously are not synonymous with excellence. Those Customer Service people should look for better employers.

Overall a time wasting pathetic experience. I could have walked to and from 50kms to another supplier and got exercise.

If this is the best Australian business can offer they deserve to be driven into the ground by foreign competitors who actually do good business.

Fast, cheap and efficient – Ordered 8 packs of rubber bands as it was way cheaper than other places. The rubber bands were of great quality and came really fast despite being close to Christmas. Would definitely order again soon. Show reply

Perfect display boxes – I have been buying the Deflecto 10 cm square display boxes for many months now.. each time I added to my miniature collection I bought more of these display boxes.. they are of high quality plastic.. i stacked mine on top of each other.. and the displays are both protected from dust and show clearly behind the plastic panes.. just love these boxes for my displays.. got 25 of them so far! Show 3 replies

Carefully packed – Ordered some document protectors it's hard to find elsewhere. Took just over weeks which was fine in this case. Arrived in a box that was just the right size for everything inside, with some recyclable padding that wasn't excessive. Certainly felt less wasteful than I am used to in procurement. Show reply

Unreliable. really bad customer service – I ordered RAT tests in early Jan and was promised a delivery of 2 weeks. i didn't receive them until end of February. by this time i was able to source tests for when i actually needed them. have tried contacting the customer service a few times now and have had no response. i understand delays etc but this is plain bad customer service. i have proof of purchase and an unopended box.

appreciate that they may be suffering from flooding issues right now, and also that RAT availability was slow for a while, but I have since been given 15 free RATs through work so my need is no longer there, and I feel like I’ve waved goodbye to $60.

Get yourself an instant PayPal refund – These guys are not delivering or responding to emails. Paypal refunded me the full amount, straight away , no questions asked. So if you payed with paypal you should be able to easily get your money back.

asked for a refund, still no reply and still no tests. If someone had at least gotten back to me to update me, I think I would be less frustrated…. We are all operating on staff shortages due to Covid and floods. You can’t ignore your customers!!! Bad business to take money for future deliveries if stock expectation cannot be met. Money back please!

Product never arrived – I ordered Rapid antigen tests on January 11th and should have had them by the end of January. They haven’t arrived and I don’t need them now. I feel like it’s a scam, avoid this site.
