I ordered more than $3200 worth of bathroom fittings and fixtures with Blue Space in October 2025 (about seven months ago). different versions, so I hadn't clocked the error until I saw them sitting on the newly installed vanity). While my initial contact with the call centre generated a predictable 'computer says no' response as it was past their stated 60-day exchange period, further email contact with Ellie on the support team brought things to a much more satisfying conclusion. They are sending me new basins and refunding the original purchase price for the returned basins (it also turned out one was matte and the other gloss!). Could not be happier with Ellie's help or the resolution. Moral of the story is check delivered items more thoroughly than I did, but if the mistake was on the Blue Space's end then it's worth asking for help even if your things were delivered more than 60 days ago.

During the process, I had some concerns regarding the vanity sizing and the suitability of a wall-hung configuration. Brittany patiently guided me through each step, taking the time to understand my concerns and providing thoughtful, practical advice. Rather than offering generic responses, she worked through the details with me, helping me evaluate different options and their implications.
In the end, I returned to my original preferred 1.8m vanity design. However, due to my own concerns about wall stability, I decided to proceed with two 900mm units instead. What reassured me greatly was that Brittany took the initiative to consult directly with the supplier and confirmed that the original wall-hung configuration was in fact structurally suitable — which, in hindsight, showed that my concerns were overly cautious.
She also recommended reviewing physical samples before finalising the benchtop selection and kindly provided direct links, making the process seamless and efficient.
Throughout the entire journey, Brittany was consistently patient, responsive, and solution-oriented. No question felt too small, and every concern was addressed with clarity and care. Her ability to combine technical understanding with excellent customer service made a significant difference to my renovation experience.
Thanks to her support, I was able to confidently finalise a vanity solution that I am truly happy with.

I order some brass interior door handles. they arrived with stains and marks on the grips. I called them twice, emailed them twice and got no response. I ended up using their returns process and am now still chasing them for a refund. I don't recommend using them.

She checked directly with the supplier, confirmed which items had already left Phoenix, explained the expected arrival time to the warehouse, and provided realistic delivery expectations. She also kindly added a note to have the order dispatched as soon as all items arrived. Throughout the conversation she was friendly, patient, and professional.
Mili was equally wonderful when assisting me with another order. She went above and beyond by contacting Phoenix and following up with the warehouse to obtain additional information for me. She kept me informed throughout the process and was incredibly warm, reassuring, and proactive.
Both Brittany and Mili made what could have been a stressful renovation experience much easier. Their communication was excellent, they genuinely cared about helping, and they provided a level of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare these days.

I bought 3 new toilets through The Blue Space. going to buy to my plumber to make sure they were the right ones. He looked at the picture with the link but didn’t read the proper details ( the link was for a p trap toilet which was explicit in the link but the picture showed an s trap toilet). So upon opening the first box we had discovered the error.
I followed the the refund/ returns instructions on The Blue Space website and explained the situation. Ellie responded to let me know what to do and within a week they had returned to pick up the toilets and provide a refund even though they do nothing wrong.
It didn’t cost me anything to return the toilets so you can rest assured, if you patronize The Blue Space they can be trusted to do the right thing if you have a legitimate issue, which is great when ordering online with a company for the first time.
I will definitely use them again and thanks to Ellie for her help in organizing the return and refund

a custom vanity with a 4-week lead time. Fair enough, it takes time to make things custom. I didn't receive any updates, but when i checked their delivery tracker, it said my order was on track. After 5 weeks I followed up via email to see what was going on- my order hadn't been started because the manufacturer didn't know which size drawer handle I wanted and forgot to ask me. Brittany was able to put a rush on the order and had it ready and delivered in around 2 weeks, and then, when the manufacturer forgot to pack the above-counter-basin she arranged for it to be shipped.
There were a few errors on the website which caused further complications. I discovered that the spec sheet (with product dimensions) was linked to a different product by the same manufacturer, which meant the product was smaller than I expected, and the colour of the benchtop didn't quite match the swatch on the website. Again Brittany was able to organise a replacement benchtop to resolve the issue.
In summary, be careful on the website- make sure to double check, or follow up to confirm everything with the excellent customer support staff.

I needed 2 x 250 mm square tiles to carry out repairs to guest toilet, following a significant leak. Local tile dealers not interested in helping given small quantity needed. Never again will I use The Blue Space. False advertising, fake delivery dates and incorrect items received was my experience. From the very beginning they were promising first order discounts and promotional bonus items that never eventuated. Delivery was advertised as 3-10 days and it took 4 weeks for the items to arrive only to be missing items… Read more
and containing items I never ordered. The tracking noted my order was not even received by the courier company until 11 days post my order. All up it took 5 weeks for my order of numerous small items to be completed which delayed trades I had lined up. When I tried to follow up my order after a couple of weeks, I was promised a quick response but heard nothing back until I contacted again. I would not use this middle man company even if the products were free.

They had everything we needed. Automatic offer of discount on first order plus a range of useful items free, upon spending set amounts. Confirmation email automatically prompted we check on toilet inlet choice. Smart! 60 day return policy very helpful. Brittany emailed me first thing the following morning saying she had updated the order with the recommended plug and waste and sent a link to pay.
