Jose Abenojar resealed my shower and bathtub today. He kept me informed of his arrival time. I showed him to the bathroom and he promptly started work. He regrouted the floor of the shower and siliconed all the joins in the shower and around the bathtub. His workmanship was excellent and he left the bathroom spotless. Dealing with Megasealed has been a wonderful experience. The grouting in our shower was done 10 years ago by the previous owner of Megasealed. Having the invoice from the original work I found the warranty which stated that the work was Warrantied for 25 Years. Colin Berger was the representative who came to inspect the shower. He did the report and said he would get back to me. After 1 day I received a call to arrange a visit to dor the repair under warranty. At no point was it ever raised that the warranty would not apply. They went way beyond my expectation. These are the people that want our business. An amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Colin was able to get a very close match to the current tiles, Assad Karimi was the tiler, turned up on time and was an amazing worker, he removed all the tiles, then resealed the shower floor, then replaced with new tiles what he had removed and then re-grouted and then sealed the floor again, floor looks fantastic, both very professional and would highly recommend Megasealed.

quality of work and service – My experience with the job was very good. At first I was a bit concerned at the price, but when I saw the work that Brian did, I realised it was reasonable. He was thorough and uncomplaining, even though the bathroom is very small and he had an awful job getting all the grout out of the tiles in a very confined space and then regrouting. Incompetent with a capital 'I' – I had them do 2 of my bathrooms. 18 months later both bathrooms were leaking again. The upstairs bathroom was a slow leak over about 6 months and started to leak through to my dining room ceiling below. This was the first I noticed it leaking when a stain appeared on the ceiling. accountability for the damage that had been caused by the leaking, even though they admitted that the job was not done right the first time. They did offer to repair my shower recess, but that is no good to me as my floor has now lifted and the slow leaking has caused damage which requires major works. You will not get anywhere with the Dept of Fair Trading as Megaseled will just feed them the same stuff they do to you. I am now up for a major bathroom renovation. also the award winning Megabloc claimed to have been invented by Megasealed it is also locally produced by CTA and it has been on the market for years, it is called prolastic and the trades person told me that Megasealed waters it down and rebrand it as their our product (they charge you a lot for this). The trades person attended and told me that it would not work, we called Megasealed and they denied it (the new national sales manager took the call), they sent another trades person and he destroyed both of my showers. It leaks a lot more now, the imported original tiles are chipped badly and Megasealed response to this was that they do not take responsibility for chipped tiles. I am now left with a $10,000 bill to get my shower looking decent again. I urge anyone to stay away from Megasealed, the CEO refused my call several times,! Megasealed should not be in business!
