up the assessment and was very professional in facilitating a quick turnaround and Max (Brisbane Central) was awesome when he came out to assess our job. Anthony (Brisbane Central) was highly skilled and did a bang up job - better than new and he came from further afield than a lot of others I had tried. I was concerned for the safety of my elderly parents and MegaSealed were the only ones who listened. They were on time every time, got back to me when they said they would and were all very friendly to deal with. I cannot thank Andrea, Terri, Max and Anthony enough!

Service was exceptional, family friendly and time managed perfectly – Service at our property today was above and beyond expectations. The admin staff worked around our almost impossible work hours to ensure we could have an appointment that suited us. They made sure the shower would be in working condition with minimal down time. old children who kept popping in to check if he wanted a coffee! There is no trace of mess that he was in my home, and he ensured I was happy with the finished product before leaving my property. We couldn't be happier with the service from start of job lodgement to the finished product. We highly recommend megaseald for anyone looking to have the job done right the first time.

no customer follow up after service – We had Megasealed complete a shower renovation on a "suspected" leaking seal at a cost of $2,540. (We have since heard that it should have been a lot less than this.) The initial service was good, he was prompt and did what we thought was a good job. We had to wait a few weeks for a shower frame to be installed (another company) so hadn't used… Read more

the shower during this time. The first time my husband used the shower, he nearly caused himself a groin injury because the floor tiles were so dangerously slippery.

We also noted that previously we had separate soap & foot rest tiles, but these were not installed even though it was mentioned originally. We immediately contacted Megasealed admin and they arranged [name removed] the "quality controller" to inspect. Unfortunately we were unable to meet him at the property at the time and though he apparently inspected the issue we have heard nothing despite leaving messages on his phone. This is a company I used to recommend through my position as a Brisbane real estate property manager, but will do so no longer. Very disappointed.
